Motivation Letter to study in Hungary

“You have to know accounting. It’s the language of practical business life. It was very useful thing to deliver
to civilization” said Charlie munger. In 2016 I finished my degree with honors in bachelor degree of
accounting at Airlangga University Surabaya. I am interested continuing my master in the field of magister
business and administration in Hungarian University to support my background in accounting.

My goal is clear, It is to be a lecturer at economic and business faculty especially in accounting major.
Since I already have my accounting degree, my plan is to learn business administration at my master
degree program so that I be able to give good apllicable knowledge about business and accounting to
student at my previous university and people in my city. I am interested at teaching and lecturer since
my father is an elementary theacer and he used to take me to a school and class he teach when I was a
child. Everyday after teaching at school my father run a small business of selling used (second hand)
motorcycle. My mother help him with doing very simple bookkeeping activity to record the transaction.
This is also the things that makes me interest in business field.

When I was in college I have been teaching basic of accounting for my junior at college as a tutor at
Airlangga University accounting college student organization. I help student to get better understanding
about accounting and this increase my teaching, team work, and responsibility skills. I also joined
volunteer for my accounting department at my city to help the people who run small business there about
simple bookkeeping and business development. it also increase my skill at socializing, interacting with
people, this also makes me want to contribute more to help people in my city to maximize their small
business potential.

After graduated from my college the thing I wanna persue is my master degree. The reason why I choose
Hungary to study my master is because hungary is the land for investor in various field. Hungary also have
Budapest stock exchange with market cap US$ 20.8 billion equities and Volume: US$ 26.33 million daily.
A lot of big notable company such as MOL Group in oil and gas sector, CIB Bank, Hungarian National Bank
in financial sector, Balabit and IP System in IT Sector, makes hungary suitable country to do a research and
thesis about management business and administration. Besides hungary have a beautiful scenery and
good environment to study.

My Goal after completing my master degree at business and administration in hungary is first to return to
my previous university, Airlangga University and becoming researcher and lecturer in my previous faculty
economic and business faculty and be able to utilized and give my knowledge that I gain from studying in
hungary to all my student. Second, I also want to create organization in my city that is focuse in giving
knowledge at business development, bookkeeping, accounting, and administration that will help people
in my city with or no educational background in economic or business who want to start their business or
to consul about it and allowed to sharing their perspective and give an insight about business. This I believe
will increase more business and awaken their entrepreneur ability.

After carefully decided and thinking I choose magister at business and administration to comprehensive
and expand my knowledge at business field since it corelate with my previous background in accounting.
My first option is Master of Business Administration at Corvinus University of Budapest and my second
option is Master Business Administration at University of Miscolk, since they were one of prestigious
university in Budapest that I trust to profound my knowledge in this subject.
Since it can help me to achieve my future goal and my dream, If I can become an awardee of stipendicum
hungaricum I will be very grateful. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely
