    “11.5. SECRETARIAT.

    The Office of the City Environment and Natural Resources


    Officer shall hereby serve as the Secretariat of the Watershed
    Management Council to facilitate the execution of its responsibilities.

    As such, it shall fulfill the following responsibilities:

    - Organization of meetings and other engagements of the WMC;


    - Preparation of various documents thereof, such as meeting
    order of business, minutes, general and activity reports, invitations,
    and other forms of necessary documentation; and
    - Other clerical, administrative, and secretarial duties as may be needed
    for the orderly conduct of the activities of the WMC.”
