    1.0 SCOPE
    This SOP is for Tool Box Meeting in Production Department.

    2.0 PURPOSE
    The purpose of this SOP is to provide information to workers about hazards, accidents, work
    processes and company procedures.

    3.0 RESPONSIBILITY
    * Production officer
    * EHS Manager
    * Plant Manager

    4.0 PROCEDURE

    4.1. The meeting should be at the manufacturing site.


    4.2. The meeting should be of approximately 10-15 minutes and conducted weekly.
    4.3. Review and discuss the previous meeting.
    4.4. Discuss current task that has to be apply.
    4.5. Safety related issues such as the use of personal protective equipment, First Aid, Accident,
    Hazards and Emergency Procedures should be discussed.
    4.6. Machine operators get involved in safety matters and reduce exposure to hazards.
    4.7. New safety rules are introduced and workers are motivated to follow SOPs.
    4.8. Vital information is provided to operators regarding the accident causes and preventative
    Actions.
    4.9. Planning, Preparation, Supervision and Documentation regarding health and safety of
    machine operator is emphasized during Tool Box Meeting.
    4.10 Meeting minutes of Tool Box Meeting should be recorded and maintain file of it.
