oracle is R13 and this also includes Legislative Payroll Implementing for United states and Middle
East legislations.

Role Description:
 Gather requirements from business user and perform Fit Gap analysis and also to drive
CRPs and UAT.

 Define organizational structures required for HR-specific process for Saudi Arabia and
United States.

 Complete data migration activates using HDL&PBL.

 Configure payroll elements, DFFs and EFFs and custom value sets.
