    12 VOLT AC LIGHTING WITH ORIGINAL BATTERY TYPE SET UP


    12 V DC - HORN, BRAKE LIGHTS, PARKING LIGHTS, PILOT LIGHTS or AUXILLARY LIGHTS
    with optional FRONT BRAKE LIGHT.
    GREY OPTIONAL DC HEADSET SUPPLY FOR PARKING
    AND AUXILLARY LIGHTS. INTENDED FOR USE WITH 4
    POSITION DC IGNITION SWITCHES. CONNECT TO BLUE
    OR GREY ON DC TYPE IGNITION SWITCH - LEAVE
    INSULATION SLEEVE ON IF NOT USED.

    RED STATOR PLATE IF THE BATTERY IS NOT BEING USED AT
    IGNITION SWITCH ANY POINT AND IS DISCONNECTED.
    GREEN
    THE RED DC WIRE THAT POWERS THE
    OFF BATTERY ETC. CAN BE CONNECTED IN
    PARKING LIGHTS WITH THE BROWN AC POWER WIRE AT
    ON THE REG BOX TO POWER THE HORN
    AND BRAKE LIGHT ETC.

    PILOT LIGHTS TO SET THE IGNITION TIMING :


    BOLT THE STATOR PLATE DOWN IN THE CENTER OF ITS ADJUSTMENT SLOTS,
    FIT THE FLYWHEEL AND POSITION THE PISTON AT TOP DEAD CENTER (TDC),
    MAIN LIGHTS PAINT A WHITE MARK ACROSS THE FLYWHEEL AND THE MAG FLANGE AT ANY
    POINT THAT IS EASY TO VIEW, THIS IS NOW THE "TDC" MARK.TURN THE
    YELLOW - PILOT

    ELECTRONIC HT COIL FLYWHEEL BACK ANTI CLOCKWISE THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF DEGREES
    BEFORE TOP DEAD CENTRE (19).THEN MAKE ANOTHER MARK ON THE MAG
    ORANGE - MAIN

    FLANGE IN LINE WITH THE TDC WHITE MARK ON THE FLYWHEEL,


    GRAY or BLUE
    BROWN
    GREEN

    THIS IS NOW THE "TIMING" MARK AND THIS IS THE POINT WHERE THE SPARK
    RED

    BLACK

    SHOULD OCCUR.CHECK THAT THE IGNITION TIMING IS CORRECT USING A


    STROBE LIGHT. THE WHITE MARK ON THE FLYWHEEL SHOULD CLEARLY LINE
    EARTH UP WITH THE BTDC WHITE TIMING MARK ON THE MAG FLANGE.
    IF NOT THEN ADJUST THE STATOR PLATE AS NECESSARY.
