The teachers and the learners were one of those greatly affected by the pandemic.
Adjustments and shifts were made to adapt to the current challenging situation. However, as
the torch bearer, the Department of Education heeds to the call for a flexible and inclusive
education. This talk is a manifestation of the untiring effort of the department to
continuously battle and seek for solutions on both common and newly existing issues, giving
practical and relatable topics. This truly proves the competence of the department despite the
effects of the pandemic.

Reflection:

These topics are very timely for the teachers, it made us realize that management and
assessment of Learning can still be maximized even in toughest situations. The video editing
techniques and the utilization of different multimedia materials boosted my confidence to
create quality video lessons and use different materials, to ensure the effective delivery of
instruction.

Reflection:

With the advent of technology, it is now easier to access information and helpful tools which
aids in the enhancement and delivery of quality education. The problem lies on the effective
use and the familiarization of the different platforms being provided. It is for this reason why
I find this set of talks relatable and practically useful. It equips those who lack the knowledge
and skill in the proper use of different applications and sites which are deemed useful in the
teaching world.

It gives us a more interactive and enjoyable way of teaching and learning. It opens wide
possibilities of furtherly improving the state of education during this pandemic. With the right

Reflection:

Teachers must be the last persons to be left behind due to the failure to adapt or to use the
technology. As teachers, we must be able to continuously learn different applications and
software which can make the teaching process better. The use of Google Forms, Microsoft
Teams and Quiziz has been proven to be effective and more engaging in this time of
pandemic. However, for those who lacks access to the digital world, alternatives are likewise
given to ensure the delivery of education.
