    MOTION

    COMES NOW, RUFINO ALBORES, the registered owner of a parcel of land

    under ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE P-9946, assisted by undersigned counsel

    unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully alleges:

    That RUFINO ALBORES, would like to request for the issuance of a


    CERTIFICATE OF FINALITY in the above-entitled case for purposes of Cancellation
    of Annotation of encumbrances at the back of the Original Certificate of Title No.P-9946
    with Entry No. 375451 as Bail Bond and the dispositive portion of the Decision/Order,
    herein quote, to wit:

    “ACCORDINGLY, this case is hereby dismissed pursuant to Article 89 of the


    Revised Penal Code.”
    Decision is attached for ready reference.

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed that the said


    CERTIFICATE OF FINALITY be release in the above-entitled case for purposes of
    Cancellation of Annotation of Encumbrances.
