3. Disassembly and Reassemble

• As this product has parts that are sensitive to static electricity, be careful when handling them.
Warning

• Disconnect the product from the power source before disassembly.

• Follow these directions carefully; never use metal instruments to pry apart the cabinet.
Caution • When disassembling the product, do not use any metal tools except for the provided jig.

3-1. PMF / PHF / PMH Disassembly

1 Place the SIGNAGE on the Cushion.

2 Insert the Samsung Service tool and open

the bottom of Rear Cover.

3 Gently lift up the Rear Cover from the

bottom corners to release all mounting
clips as indicated by Read Rectacgles.

5 Remove the Speaker Cables from

the Main Board(2) then remove the
Speaker(1).

chassis(1), Remove the Function Module
from the bottom chassis(2) and remove
the WiFi/Function cable from the Main 3

8-1 Removing SMPS.

• Remove 1EA screw on SMPS.

• Gently lift up (Bottom Left corner) to
release the lock.
1 Lift out (Bottom Left corner) to release the lock.

• Use both hands to gold the board and

slide to the right to release.

9 Removing Main Board.

• Gently lift up (Top Right corner) to
release the lock
1 Lift out (Top Right corner) to release the lock.

• Use both hands to hold the board and

slide to the left to release the board

 When installing the Main Board, verify

the board is properly positioned in all
4 mountion slots.

2 Slide to the left to release the board.

NG OK

• Reassembly procedures are in the reverse order of disassembly procedures.

• The exterior may differ depending on the product.
