Introducing XTRAMILE

XTRAMILE is part of XAPSOL India (umbrella company which is into HR, OD, L&D, Digital
Learning, Software Development, Event Management and Film Production).

Xtramile’s expertise is in the field of learning & development and human resource
processes that contribute to the overall organizational development. It was founded by
Late Mr. Mandeep Chadha and Mr. Debashish Majumdar and the operations started in the
year 2012.

Focused on people excellence and development, Xtramile gives 360 degree services
ranging from Content Development, Facilitation, Executive Coaching, Performance
Coaching, Assessment Centers, HR Process Development, Creation of Competency
Dictionary and HRMS . It caters to building skill levels for entry level to leadership
awareness for senior level employees.

XTRAMILE has its own in house trainers and another set of empanelled trainers across
locations in India (150 plus locations). Our internal team consists of seasoned
professionals who hold ID (Instructional Design) certification and various certificates on
