Composition
The system adopts improved micro-filter membrane, which pore size is 10μm, and the
Nitrogen generator flow rate of a single membrane reaches 50m3/h; the back flushing procedure is
adopted during operation, and tests indicate that the membrane flux meets
Membrane unit requirements.
Matters less than 10μm also can be separated as the bridge interception, which ensures
the discharge water quality reaches IMO and phase 1 USCG standards and will be
technical basis of phase 2 USCG standard.

Used to remove organisms or solid particles greater
than 50μm
Back flushed with self-filtered water under control of
differential pressure or time.

⚫ Connection: BW inlet, BW outlet, back
flushing water outlet, compressed air inlet and
nitrogen inlet.
⚫ Back flushing control method: pressure
differential and time.
⚫ Flow rate for single membrane is 50m³/h
⚫ MF membrane whose aperture is 10 μm,
but substance of about 3 μm may be separated
because of bridge interception
⚫ Life-span is more than 4 years
Membrane separation technology shows little sediments
and reducing cleaning work.
