My name is Fandhi Nur Hidayat, I am 24 years old. I am a graduate of the University of Indonesia,
majoring in Business Administration, previously I also took Diploma in Financial Administration and
Banking. I have an internship experience at Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah for 3 months in the marketing
department, where for my jocdesc at that time I took care of the needs and equipment at the time
of the project with CIMB Niaga Bank partners, assisting customers in filling, checking, and servicing in
making Payroll Accounts for driver grabs and Hajj Savings for prospective pilgrim customers, Create
reports and recaps from incoming payroll savings and hajj savings customers. Assist funding officers
in their work by carrying out directions from him.
When I did an internship at Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah, I was assigned to manage of a collaboration
project between Bank CIMB Niaga and Grab Indonesia to open an IB Payroll Savings Account for
Grab Driver with my team. At the time the initial activity was running in an orderly manner due to
the large number of grab drivers which caused jostling queues, so at that time my team and the
outsourcing staff found a way to solve it through a division of labor, namely the outsourcing staff as
a guide for filling out forms and my team from the branch office checking the form opening an
account that has been filled in by the customer, guiding how to activate the IB Payroll savings
account, and answering driver grab questions regarding the IB Payroll Savings. And the result is that
the queue is more orderly and efficient than before.
At college
Advantages :
One of my strengths is that at work I can work under pressure and be able to control emotions
where I am the type who is not easily irritated, let alone angry in facing stressful situations, because I
have thoughts that are part of the job, and that situation is a risk and responsibility. I have to face at
work.
I am always committed to work and complete the assigned task and do it on time. You could say I am
the type who will enjoy every process and stage that I experience in my work, where over time the
process will make me develop and improve myself in terms of both my technical and soft skills.
Weakness:
Like to postpone work, I usually do this for certain jobs that I think can be completed within a certain
time frame, but this makes me often rush to do work that is nearing the deadline. But I try my best
to improve this habit by leaving useless activities that can delay work and prioritize more important
work so that in addition to finishing work faster and earlier, also get better and more precise work
results because it is done more calmly.
I am quite a quiet person and don't say much when it is not necessary
What is the reason you are applying for this position?
Because this position are fit with my background where beside to my education in business adm, I
have also studied Finance and banking adm in associate degree, and know the basics of banking
services. Besides that, I also have 3 months internship experience in the marketing division where I
am also involved in providing services to customers.
Yes, I am willing, because right now I will prioritize being able to fully contribute to my work and
have free time for this job if at any time I am needed.
I chose this company because by looking at its long history as an outsourcing business service
provider and it is also very appropriate for fresh graduates because it helps improve competencies
and abilities by providing training for its employees as provisions before starting work. Also from
several reviews that I read on the internet about the experience of working at Infomedia which has a
pleasant atmosphere and colleagues, as well as mutual support and a comfortable work
environment.
Infomedia is a company part of Telkom that provides services in implementing corporate and
partner business processes with support from Telkom Group in building digital systems. 20k +

a telephone information service provider in Indonesia and publishing the Telkom Yellow Pages
Telephone Manual, Year 1995 Transformed into PT Infomedia Nusantara when Telkom Indonesia
joined. Became a Contact Center service provider in 2002. Currently, Infomedia focuses its business
on managing Business Process Outsourcing with Customer Relationship Management and Shared

My graduation coincided with the outbreak of the Covid pandemic and maybe my standard of work
at that time was quite high for fresh graduates which made it quite difficult at that time to get a
suitable job. But at that time, while looking for a job, I also had time to help out at my brother-in-
law's grilled chicken food stall which made me have extra income even though it wasn't much. After
that long period of time I made good use of it to improve my technical skills and knowledge through
online training and classes. As a result, I can use a new application.
I have done an English test with a score of _____ which means that I am quite proficient in English.
Because of that, I am confident in my current foreign language skills. Hopefully this will be taken into
consideration.
College activities?
I have participated in the committee in the 2016 Vocational Adm League competition, as a futsal
committee where my job was to take care of the needs related to futsal competitions in the Adm
Department including taking care of registration, coordinating with participants, and monitoring the
course of the match so that it can run smoothly.
I was also the committee for the Adm Talk 2015 seminar as a registration staff, where my job was to
take care of the participant registration, registration coordinator, then also the distribution of
certificates to participants.
Call center:
Contact center as customer service that handles incoming and / or outgoing calls related to
complaints, problems, and providing assistance or providing information related to company service
products
Provide the correct answer to every question about the problem raised by consumers regarding the
company's products
