ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Responsible for installation of medium voltage and Low voltage such as Telephone, Data,
BMS automation system, power distribution system, Bus duct, MV Panels earthing system etc.
 Arrange, supervise and monitor the site labor and plan day-to- day activity to meet timelines.
 Controls and update drawings, specifications, submittals, get approved by consultant for
construction.
 Preparing monthly RFI (Request for Inspection) log sheet for the Monthly billing pertinent to
the approval by the consultant
 Review IFC drawings on correctness of the drawing details and specifications, and inform the
project management team highlighting areas of concern.
 Experienced in onsite MEP co-ordinations with other disciplines.
 Procurement of material s as per the BOQ from vendors, Co-ordination with material suppliers,
spare and stock management for different projects.
 Attending technical meetings with Project Managers, Technical Manager and consultant,
solving issues minutes and also schedule work structure in advance.
 Study of tender documents (design drawings, specification, BOQ) to prepare quotation for new
projects
 Make material available at site on time in coordination with procurement department and
suppliers.
 Co-coordinating with other team members of corresponding disciplines to meet project time
