Annotation:
In my intervention strategy that I used in teaching ICT for students who
have difficulty using computer. I conducted a tutorial with them and
I provided addtional learning material that would help them.

Annotation:
To guide students in their answering the modules and help parents so that they can guide
their child in answering the self learning modules. I have given the WHLP (Weekly Home
Learning Plan) to parents so that they can easily understand how they will teach their
children the different parts of the modules.

Annotation:
For my Detailed Lesson Plan used in my First Quarter Classroom Observation, I
used the EPP (ICT) format. The lesson plan was used for modular learning. To
deliver the lesson in the module for the 1st Quarter. I created a lesson aligned
with the module. I created my own version of the lesson based on the MELC
module so that I could make different interventions in my teaching.

Annotation:
I checked the learners ’knowledge about the topic by giving enough time in
each activity to type their answer in the chat box since I was able to present my
lesson in powerpoint presentation to coincide with them by Google Meet. As for
the DLP I used in my 2nd Quarter Classroom Observation, I used the analysis
incorporated into the Google Form. I assessed their knowledge interactively
because of the online application I used.

Annotation:
I was one of those who was given the opportunity to do SLM for the second
grade for the Araling Panlipunan. It was a big help to improve my writing
of learning materials. This developmental needs was included in my
Professional Plan.

Annotation:
I participated as Resource Speaker to LAC sessions & trainings in our school.
By being a resource speaker, it helped developed professionally. The developmental
needs I included such as to established a learner- centered culture by using teaching
strategies that respond to their linguistic, cultural, socioeconomic and religious
backgrounds and to plan and deliver teaching strategies that are responsive to the
special educational needs of learners in difficult circumstances.

Annotation:
My reflective essay above expressed my in-depth personal experience in
implementing distance LDM. To sum it up, LDM course equipped me on approaches
and innovations to improve my performance in managing technological resources to
address the needs of learners under the new normal education.

Annotation:
Giving feedback on the performance and progress of learners especially in this
period of the new normal is very important so that they know what things they
need to improve while studying at home and also recognize what is good. object
or output they have produced. I provided my feedback on my learner’s
performance and progress via messenger, texts or calls. Sometimes, I give my
feedback to parents who are at school during our distribution / acquisition of
modules.

Annotation:
Attending LAC sessions, service trainings, webinars, and

Annotation:
In order for the students to continue their education, I asked for the help
