    With almost 6 years of experience in the Indian real estate industry, I have worked across diverse

    asset class types as well as multiple locations such as North & Central India (MP, etc). This wide-
    ranging experience has been instrumental in shaping up a keen understanding of the mechanics
    of valuation and investment risk monitoring of various real estate asset classes leading to
    transactions and investments.

    I am presently working as a senior consultant at the world’s biggest Real Estate Advisory firm, CBRE.
    Over the last few years, I was responsible for initial driving Investment risk monitoring team in the
    northern region. The service aims at monitoring the investment on behalf of funds/ lenders to
    identify any potential risks and early warning signals. All aspects of a project, right from approvals,
    construction progress, cost, sales, and accounts are monitored to provide a full view to the fund/
    lender on their fund flow and project progress.

    The clients include investment banks, private equity funds, developers, HNIs, Banks, NBFCs,
    government agencies, etc.

    Previous Experience:

    Initially, being a part of the technical team at India Bulls Housing Finance. I undertook Feasibility,
    Valuation, Market Research, Demand/Supply Assessment, Business Location Advisory, etc for
    various clients and asset types such as Residential, Commercial developments, Hospitality, SEZs,
    Mixed Use and Townships developments.

    Technical Skills:

    Knowledge of Master Plan assessment and decision making for technical appraisal

    Catchment area identification and analysis of micro-market

    Preparing presentation and white papers

    Software Skills:

    Strong with Microsoft excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe photoshop, Auto – CAD, Google sketchup,
    Microsoft project. Basic knowledge of ArcGIS and BIM

    RESET Air build accredited professional

    Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) accredited professional
