    DETAILED SPECIFICATION

    1. FOUNDATION

    Footings for Columns


    Earth work : 3’,5” x 3’,5” x 5’ feet
    Depth below present Virgin ground level = 5’feet
    Sand filling 6” height
    PCC 1:4:8 for a minimum of 4” height over the sand Layer.
    Mat size 3’3’’ x 3’3’’ using 10mm dia Rods = 6” c/c spacing Both
    directions.
    RCC Mix 1:2:4 for a minimum height of 1’3” over Mat.
    Column sizes 1’x 9’’ using 12mm dia rods 4Nos,10mm rods 2 Nos
    stirrups 8mm C /c 8”

    1.a. Plinth Beam at present Groun Level

    1’6” height x width 9” using 12mm dia rods 6 Nos., Stirrups using 8mm
    dia. Spacing 9’ Above Plinth Beam, brick-work in Chamber Bricks upto Floor
    level.
    Basement level 4 ½ feet above the ground level.for 5,6’’ feet basement
    level extra cost will charge per SQFT cost Rs,21/-

    2. RCC BELT BEAM AT FLOOR LEVEL

    3. SAND FILLING IN THE BASEMENT

    Filling in basement using loss soil, by very good consolidation.


    After 1’feet depth river sand will be filled in the basement.

    4. SUPER STRUCTURE

    Using Chamber brick for the masonry Brick-work with Cement:sand

    5. RCC Continuous LINTEL SUNSHADE AND LOFT

    Lintel : breadth 9” x 4½” thick


    using 10 mm dia 4 Nos with 6mm dia MS Stirrups ,

    Sunshade : 2 feet wide from the face of the wall.
    Using 8mm dia as main road spacing 6”
    6mm dia MS as distribution spacing 6”

    6. ROOF SLAB
    Roof beam should be consider at the stage
    Room size 16 x16 = Main 12mm x 10mm spacing c/c 6”
    Other rooms 11 x 11 =10mm x 8 mm spacing c/c 6”
    Concrete thickness 4.5 “ using concrete 1:2:4 mix

    glazed tiles {colour selection at the time of purchase, tile cost per sq.ft Rs.30/-
    {Contractor’s Scope} Bath Walls tiles 7 ft. height and Toilet 5 ft height,
    Flooring with Grip (Non Slip) Ceramic tiles.
    12. PLUMBING

    Toilets : Provision of pipeline for cold water. Two taps. One Angle
    Shower, Ordinary one tap near closet, one tap for wash basin.

    13. KITCHEN

    Kitchen table with Granite, Kitchen sink in S S Above the kitchen table
    2ft height glazed tiles will be covered . only for 10 feet,

    14. ELECTRICAL

    Using STD ISI Cables for the complete wiring. Switches, sockets, plug
    sockets, ceiling rose and light holders all are ISI make , 5 points / 100 sq.ft will
    be provided by the contractor. Concealed wiring 20mm PVC {ISI pipes will be
    used.} Switch board shall be concealed type and top shall be of hylam finish.
    Modular Switches, Owner Scope. If any extra points needed will be charged
    per point cost Rs. 250/- AC and Circuit Breaker additional charge. For AC
    1500/- for circuit Breaker 3500/- EB serives and monthly bill should pay by
    owners scope

    15. STAIR CASE

    Will be provided as shown in the drawing using 12mm dia as main rod.
    Spacing 6” c/c 8mm dia distribution spacing 6” c/c.

    16. CUPBOARD

    Cupboard should be provided in bed rooms, pooja, and With kuddpa


    stone.

    17. WATER TANK

    Over head tank will be provided on to 4’ x 4 over the height of parapet


    wall.

    18. SEPTIC TANK

    Septic tank with bricks, size 6’ 6” x 9’ 6” x 8’ 0” (over all dimension)
