operation.

employees violating the company rules and regulation.
• Conduct Disciplinary and Admin Hearings on cases against employees for alleged
violation of the company rules and regulation.
• Conduct investigation and root cause analysis on the cases against employees who
have committed an offense against the company.
• Monitor the attendance of employees for violations concerning attendance such as
AWOLs and Tardiness in accordance with the Company Rules and Regulations.
• Provide Administrative Support towards other departments and sections of the
company most especially regarding concerns that are connected with the corporate
status quo of the company.
