WILL

I, MS. ANJANI SURESHCHANDRA MUNSHI, aged 83 years, residing at 201, 2 nd

floor, Pooja Building, S. V. Road, opposite Sacred Heart Church and School, Khar
(West), Mumbai-400052, of Hindu Indian Inhabitant do hereby revoke all my
previous Wills and/or any testamentary disposition and declare this to be my last Will
and Testamentary disposition.

1. I hereby appoint my nephews Kartikeya Girish Desai and Maulin Arvind

Pandya as the Executors under this Will.

2. I was employed as a Gazetted Officer with the State of Maharashtra.

(a) I am a spinster. My immediate family consisted of my father, Shri

Sureshchandra Munshi, my mother Mrs. Chandrika Sureshchandra
Munshi, my two elder sisters viz. Mrs. Bhadra Arvind Pandya and Mrs.
Harsha Girish Desai and a younger brother Ajay Sureshchandra Munshi.
My mother, my two elder sisters and my younger brother have all expired.
My present immediate family members consists of my two elder sisters
children viz. (a) AMIT ARVIND PANDYA, (b) MAULIN ARVIND
PANDYA, (c) KARTIKEYA GIRISH DESAI, and (d) MS. RATNA
UTPAL MEHTA

3. I hereby authorize and direct my Executors to spend such sum as they may
absolutely deem fit and proper out of my Estate for my funeral and obituary
rites. They shall not be liable for rendering any account to anyone for the monies
so spent by them for the said ceremonies.
4. I am presently residing in a flat being Flat No. 201, 2nd floor, Pooja Building,
S. V. Road, opposite Sacred Heart Church and School, Khar (West), Mumbai-
400052 (hereinafter called “the said flat”).

5. The following are inter alia the assets and properties owned by me:

i. Ownership of Flat being flat No. 201, 2nd floor, Pooja Building, S. V.
Road, opposite Sacred Heart School and Church, Khar (West), Mumbai-
400052 (hereinafter called “the said flat”). The said flat is owned by me.
The association and / or cooperative society of the flat purchasers of the
said Pooja Building is yet to be formed and constituted. Under the
agreement entered into by me with the erstwhile landlord and the
developer I have named my nephew Kartikeya Girish Desai as the
nominee in respect of the said flat.

ii. (a) Pension Account in Bank of Baroda, S.V. Road, Khar Branch,
Mumbai. My nephew Maulin Arvind Pandya has been added as a
nominee.
(b) Savings Bank Account in Bank of Baroda, S.V. Road Khar Branch,
Mumbai. My nephew Maulin Arvind Pandya name has been added as
a second holder.

(c) Savings Bank Account in Bank of India, S.V. Road Santacruz

Branch, Mumbai. My nephew Amit Arvind Pandya name has been
added as a second holder.

(d) Savings Bank Account in Bank of India, S.V. Road Santacruz Branch,
Mumbai. My nephew Kartikeya Girish Desai name has been added as
a second holder.

(e) Investments in Fixed Deposits, Senior Citizen Scheme and jewelry

etc.;
 And

(f) Any other residuary estate standing in my name or belonging to me

or inherited or bequeathed to me or acquired by me at any time
hereinafter or otherwise.

6. Upon my demise I hereby authorize and direct my executors to take charge of

my property and conduct sale of all the moveable and immoveable assets owned
by me as mentioned in clause 5 and 6 above at the prevailing market rates;

7. Further, after meeting and paying the necessary expenses towards my funeral
and obituary rights, I hereby direct my executors to divide all the residuary amount
as is realized from the sale proceeds, equally between my nephews and niece
legal heirs i.e.

(a) AMIT ARVIND PANDYA

(b) MAULIN ARVIND PANDYA
(c) KARTIKEYA GIRISH DESAI, and
(d) MS. RATNA UTPAL MEHTA

8. As regards the monies lying in my bank accounts referred to in Clause 5(ii) (b)
to (e) the same shall vest and bequeathed to the name of the beneficiary who has
been named as second holder in the said account.

9. As regards the bank account referred to in Clause 5(ii)(a) the same being a
Pension Account, I direct my executors that upon my demise my executors
should inform the Pay and Accounts Office, Government of Maharashtra about
my demise and take all such steps as may be required to close the said account.
10. During my lifetime I have bequeathed and handed over my jewellery to my
niece Mrs. Ratna Utpal Mehta and therefore I have not made any provision for
her towards any bequest from the monies lying in my bank account.

11. All my three nephews are married and well settled. My three nephews wives
are very affectionate and have always looked after me with all affection and
love. I shall out of my natural love and affection which I bear towards each of
my nephews wives, I feel like giving some precious gift to each of them as a
token of my loving memory and warm affection.

12. If during my lifetime in the event of my illness and / or physical incapacity, if

I am required to be admitted to a hospital and / or a nursing home then any
expenses that may be required to be spent and / or incurred should be used from
my mediclaim policy which I have removed. In the event of the expenses
required to be incurred exceed the amount payable under the mediclaim policy
then any such excess amount that would be spent by any of my nephews shall be
returned to such person who has spent such amount from the sale proceeds of
my estate.

13. If during my lifetime in the event of my illness and / or physical incapacity, in

no event I should be removed and / or shifted to any age old home and / or
sanatoriums.

14. In the event of any of my legal heirs predeceases me, the respective share of
such predeceased heirs shall stand vested and/or transferred to the surviving
legal heirs of such predeceased Legal heirs in equal share.

15. Each of the persons who have received the bequest in the manner mentioned
hereinabove shall be fully entitled to deal with the same in the manner as they
deem fit and proper and at their own and sole discretion.
16. My deceased younger brother Ajay Sureshchandra Munshi during his lifetime
was married to Mrs. Panna Thakore. Mrs. Panna Thakore has settled down in
USA. Through the said marriage they have no issues and / or children. At
present my sister-in-law Mrs. Panna Thakore is staying alone. I have not made
any provision for my sister-in-law Mrs. Panna Thakore in this Will as she is of
advance age and well settled.

17. In the event of any differences that may arise by and between my nephews and
niece as to distribution of my estate the decision of my executors Kartikeya
Girish Desai and Maulin Arvind Pandya will be final and binding on all.

18. I have made this Will in my good and sound health and after fully
understanding the same in all aspects.
