Upon approval of the Work from home assignment, the company shall provide applicable office
equipment and tools such as but not limited to laptops, desktops and other computer accessories. Below
table provides guidance on the items that you MAY receive including its corresponding value.

issued items will be provided on the day when your equipment will be delivered.

In accepting the company equipment, I agree to the following conditions:

 I acknowledge that while I am working for [24]7.ai Philippines, I am solely responsible and I will
take proper care of all company equipment that I am entrusted with.
 I shall keep the company equipment in good working order and will immediately notify [24]7.ai of
any defect or malfunction.
 If the computer/laptop is lost, stolen or damaged, the incident must be reported to [24]7.ai
Philippines within 24 hours.
 If the lost, stolen or damaged laptop and/or accessories is determined to be caused by
negligence or intentional misuse, I shall assume the full financial responsibility for repair costs or
fair market value of the computer. This agreement includes, but is not limited to,
desktops/laptops, Wi-Fi adapter/LTE routers and other equipment (keyboard, mouse power cable
etc.).
 I agree to return the property at the end of the Work from Home period or at the end of my
employment, whichever comes first. When requested, I will return all items promptly.
 I understand that failure to return equipment will be considered theft and the company has
the right to take legal actions to retrieve such properties.
 I shall only use the computer/laptop for work related purposes.
 I shall not install and / or download any unauthorized software and / or applications.
 I will not connect any unauthorized USB devices on the equipment provided by the company.
 I understand that my remote location becomes an extension of office during the scheduled
working hours and I have an obligation to protect company information (which includes all client
information). I shall not allow the computer/laptop to be used by an unknown or unauthorized
person.

Failure to comply with the provisions above will result to a violation as stipulated in our
[24]7 Code of Conduct:

Section D. PROTECTION OF PROPERTY

Company employees are expected to appropriately use and protect physical and intangible assets
and properties of [24]7 Inc., its employees, clients, service providers and visitors. Physical assets

and properties include, but are not limited to, buildings, equipment, document/records and
computers. Intangible assets and properties refer to, but are not limited to, brand, reputation,
systems, records and proprietary information. Examples of acts of misconduct in relation to
property include but are not limited to the following:

Any act of vandalism causing damage, deformity, or defacement to Company property

and/or non-tangible properties (e.g. website, intranet sites, etc.).
Any reckless, negligent or intentional act or omission that leads to or is capable of causing
9 damage, destruction or loss of property belonging to the Company, its employees, clients, Grave 12 months
guests or service providers.
Theft, unauthorized acquisition or possession, removal, or use of property or resources
10 belonging to the Company, client, employees, service providers or guests; or any Grave none
unauthorized act which commits such resources to other individuals or entities.

Section E. INFORMATION SECURITY

Information Security is the responsibility of all employees in the Company who have access to and
use of Company systems and data or data entrusted to the Company by clients or other third Gravity Cleansing Period
parties. Non-compliance with Information Security could pose significant business and legal risk to
the Company. Examples of non-compliance with Information Security include the following but are
not limited to:

Non-compliance with the adherence of items that cannot be brought in the production area
or restricted areas, such as but not limited to:
1 Moderate 3 months
a. Bringing in of bags;
b. Bringing in of cellphones, including taking, making calls and SMS or text messaging;
Bringing of any form of data capture devices inside the production area without due
authorization from business group concerned and the Asset Management Group (AMG).
2 Serious 6 months
Non-adherence to WFH workspace compliance such as presence of digital media, mobile
phone, camera or writing materials (even if not in use).
3 Breach of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Grave none
4 Any unauthorized access and use of Company systems and data, or data entrusted to the Grave none
Company by its clients or other third parties; and any intentional or unintentional use of
Company or client resources that violates the information security policies and regulations of
[24]7 Inc. and/or its clients, such as but not limited to:

a. Sharing of password and/or username; or use of another's Company or client-assigned


personal account information and security codes (e.g. telephone authorization code), or
condoning/giving orders to commit such act.

b. Unauthorized access to a particular application system, database, file, document, etc.


(ex. Unauthorized accessing of non-work related websites, playing movies/games)

c. Unauthorized use and/or installation of non-standard software to Company-provided


computers and equipment.

d. Use of an illegal/infringing software or downloading materials from the internet resulting to


a computer virus attack or causing a fine to the Company.
e. Transmission of company-owned/confidential data outside of the Company (ex.
Accessing customer’s records without a need)

f. Unauthorized use or connection of IT equipment by a non-IT personnel;

g. Opening spam or unsolicited email resulting to a computer virus attack.

h. Copying of licensed software application packages and all such acts that violate
Intellectual Property Rights.

i. Computer hacking.

Other cases analogous to the foregoing.

Non-adherence to webcam guidelines such as:

a. Not turning on the webcam

I understand that any misuse of confidential information or systems of [24]7 may constitute breach of my
employment contract and I shall be liable for monetary claims for damages. ADDITIONALLY, I
UNDERSTAND THAT SUCH ACTS MAY CONSTITUTE A PUNISHABLE CRIMINAL OFFENCE FOR
WHICH PUNISHMENT MAY BE UP TO TEN YEARS' IMPRISONMENT UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS
INCLUDING THE DATA PRIVACY ACT AND CYBERCRIME PREVENTION ACT

I acknowledge that while I am working for [24]7.ai, I will take proper care of all company equipment that I
am entrusted with. I further understand that upon the end of my employment or my work from home
agreement, I will return all [24]7.ai property and that the property will be returned in proper working order.
I understand I may be held financially responsible for lost or damaged property. This agreement includes,
but is not limited to, laptops, cell phones and other equipment. I understand that failure to return
equipment may lead to criminal prosecution UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS IN THE COUNTRY.
