Safety Tips
In order to use the instrument safely and correctly and ensure the instrument is in
good condition, please read this manual and oxygen booster user manual carefully
before using it to master the safe and correct use method.
In order to improve product quality and performance, it is possible to replace some
parts. In this case, where there may be any inconsistency with this manual, the
standard equipment provided by the manufacturer at that time shall prevail. Please
understand.
This equipment must use a power supply with protective grounding wire and
ensure good grounding.
Warning
This equipment uses air as raw material and molecular sieve pressure swing
adsorption process to produce oxygen with Oxygen Purity ≥ 90% (v/v) (93% oxygen
for short). Whether the medical organization uses 93 % oxygen, or where and under
what circumstances uses 93 % oxygen , this should be decided by the medical
institution.
The warning function of this system includes the local warning device. When the
Oxygen Purity, flow rate and pressure deviate from the normal value, this machine
will send out sound and light warning signals to prompt relevant personnel to handle
them.
The oxygen output pressure of this system is 0.35-0.45 Mpa and the Oxygen Purity is
≥90 %, which conforms to YY/T 0298-1998 General Technical Specification for
Medical Molecular Sieve Oxygen Generating Equipment. The oxygen output can be
directly connected to the existing medical center oxygen supply system of medical
institutions to meet the clinical oxygen requirements of medical institutions. The
oxygen booster of this system can pressurize the oxygen to 15Mpa and fill the oxygen
cylinders.
The Oxygen Purity produced by this system during normal operation varies from 90%
to 96%, so 93% oxygen is not suitable for calibrating some instruments in order to
avoid approval errors due to fluctuations in Oxygen Purity.
The operators for this whole system shall have relevant professional knowledge
and experience especially for the oxygen booster.
Please read this manual and oxygen booster user manual very carefully before
any operation and maintenance.

1.4 Cautions
(1) The total power supply shall be cut off before any maintenance of the
system is carried out.
(2) Use the correct grade of lubricant and prohibit the mixed use of different
types of lubricants.
(3) It is suggested to avoid high dust or pollution, the oil must be changed
regularly and the air intake filtration system must be checked regularly.
(4) It is suggested to avoid the belt tension is too tight to affect its life.
(5) This instrument has no parts that can be repaired by customers. Do not
disassemble it without authorization in case of failure.
(6) The bearing cannot be excessively lubricated, and the compressor must
stop when refueling.
(7) The booster shall be earthed reliably. Blast wall shall be built between
the booster and the cylinder filling area according to the standard. Before
the unit runs, be sure to ensure that all components and parts assembled
on the booster have been oil and grease removed strictly (anti-oxidant
lubricating grease must be used for the bearings), and all joints and
accessories have been locked securely.
(8) Both the high-pressure oxygen gas and electricity have danger! Do not
conduct overhaul or maintenance and service on the unit before you
make sure that the power supply has been cut off and the compressed gas
in the entire booster system has been emptied.
(9) During the unit running, don’t loosen or disassemble any pipeline fitting
and booster component/part; high pressure and high temperature oxygen
gas is filled inside the unit; it may cause serious injury accident.
(10) The rotational direction of the basic booster and the fan must be correct,
