    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, TISHA CLYNNE J. DELA MENTE, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and
    presently residing at Brgy. Laurel, Cordon, Isabela, heir of late RAMON DE
    LAMENTE, the Barangay Councilor of Cabaritan, Buguey, Cagayan, during his
    lifetime, do hereby name, constitute and appoint our co-heir, LUVY JANE R. DE LA
    MENTE, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Cabaritan, Buguey, Cagayan, to
    be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to
    do and perform the following special powers, to wit:

    1. To claim, secure, ask, and process representing the death benefits of our late
    father, from Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Tuguegarao
    City, Cagayan;

    2. To receive the proceeds of said claims either in cash or in checks and to encash the
    same in our behalf;

    3. To make, sign and execute any and all papers and documents required to be
    executed under the premises.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
    authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite,
    necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and
    purposes as I might or could do if personally present. HEREBY RATIFYING AND
    CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done
    under and by virtue of these presents.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 7th day of April, 2021 at
    Diffun, Quirino.
