    SKILL ASSESSMENT COST AGREEMENT

    Between:

    Matter: Skills Assessment Application and Consultation

    Preface

    This agreement allows LG Global Visa Services Co. and you (the candidate) to agree on the Skills
    Assessment Application and Consultation costs herein calculated and how it is to be paid. It may be
    enforced in the same way as any other agreement.

    The ‘Disclosure & Costs Agreement’ set out the terms in which we propose to undertake this work on
    your behalf. If you accept these terms, the ‘Disclosure & Costs Agreement’ will make up the complete
    Agreement between both parties for this work.

    To accept the ‘Disclosure & Costs Agreement’ you must sign and return the copy of this document to us
    prior to the start of the application process.

    1. Importance

    Having your skills assessed is a requirement for skilled migration to Australia under Temporary Skill
    Shortage Visa (482 Visa). The skills assessment application services we offer which is lodging your Stage
    1 VETASSESS will help assure that you fulfill the stringent requirements for your planned migration.

    2. Your Rights
    You may seek independent legal advice before agreeing to the professional costs we propose to charge
    in this matter. You may also opt to apply and process your own immigration required Skills Assessment
    at your own cost and research.

    3. Our Professional Charges


    We confirm that our professional charge which include step by step consultation and administrative
    service for this work will be a fixed sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Australian Dollars (AUD
    1,200.00).

    4. Vetassess Fees/ Payment


    Vetassess non-refundable application fee, including on-line stage 1 application and stage 2 assessment is
    Three Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Australian Dollar (AUD 3,280.00) which will be paid directly to
    Vetassess by LG Global Visa Services Co.
    You understand that you are giving LG Global Visa Services Co. consent to proceed for the application of
    your vetassess and acknowledge that LG Global Visa Services will initially pay vetassess on your behalf.

    5. When to pay
    You will be required to pay the full amount of AUD $ 4,480.00 only when your Visa has been approved.
    Alternatively, you may pay using Philippine Peso. Rate subject to confirmation upon visa approval.

    6. Your Liability
    You will be liable to pay the cost of the Skills Assessment lodging fee and documentation process
    amounting to AUD $1,780.00 should you decide to not continue with the application after it has been
    submitted to Stage 1.

    You will be liable to pay the full cost of Skills Assessment application and consultation amounting to AUD
    $4,480.00 should you decide not to continue with the application after Stage 1 & 2 have been
    submitted.

    You will abide and comply with the eligibility requirements required for the assessment.
    FAILED ASSESSMENT:
    You may be eligible for reassessment if you undertake additional training and/or employment to
    address any skills gaps and submit additional documents. You must pay the below fees prior to
    application of reassessment.
    Stage 1 reassessment AUD 950.00
    Stage 2 reassessment AUD 1,500.00

    7. Visa Application Process
    You must pass Stage 1 and Stage 2 with Vetassess before the Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (482 Visa)
    application process starts.
    The Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (482 Visa) application process will include a job offer and selection for
    an Australian employer and application for the visa to legally work in Australia.

    • I have read and approved this Disclosure & Costs Agreement,
    • I have the right to obtain independent legal advice in relation to this Agreement, at my own
    expense.
    • I will be liable for any legal or other fees incurred by LG Global Visa Services Co. in pursuing
    unpaid liabilities.
    • I authorize LG Global Visa Services Co. to provide a copy of my Visa Approval to my employer
    upon request.
    • My Skill Assessment will be released upon full payment of my Placement Fee to Australian
    Skilled Migration

    fees and any legal fees incurred.
