Mr. Xyrill Baltazar is the owner and CEO of Stonks Company. The
other people behind the company are Ms. Zaira Colo - the Executive
Secretary, Mr. Marion Tuiza - the Finance Executive, Ms. Toni Sanchez - the
Marketing Executive, Mr. Kyle Reyes - the Production Executive, Ms. Laizadel
Plotado - the Public Relation Executive, and all the other hardworking
employees who worked altogether and did their best for the company.
Company Name
The Stonks company logo shows a silhouette image of the stonks man
from the stonks meme. The arrow symbolizes the goal of the company which
is to create an impressive product, generate income, satisfy the beloved
customers, and become one of the successful company in the business
world. We used color blue because it represents trust and loyalty,
characteristics that the Stonks Company aims to display to it’s beloved
customers. Blue also symbolizes wisdom, confidence and intelligence which
are the qualities that are present to it’s personnel and staff. We used the color
black as a background because it signifies strength and authority because the
company has a group of skilled personnel who is using their strengths for the
tasks given to them and the company knows how to use authority because
leadership is present. The color white is also used for the reason that it
represents purity, sincerity and perfection, qualities that describes the quality
of the service of the company.

the satisfaction of our valuable customers. We seek to promote Filipino
culture and healthy lifestyle that builds foundation for us to be well know
across the nation. We will strain to achieve our goals with greatest creativity,
integrity and hard work.
Target Market
Stonks Company’s target market is STI College Novaliches, Quezon
City, Metro Manila, Philippines, specifically senior high school and College
students. Philippines have different kinds of Turon to offer. According to market
research in Novaliches, Quezon City, the total of students both public and private
are 114,503 students in Senior High and College Students. The chosen location
for the Company’s physical store is near STI College Novaliches that can be
easily seen by students and other people who are passing by.

According to our research, we would be able to serve approximately 114,503 Senior High
School Students and College Students per year. This means that the SAM would be
29.99% of the TAM.

During the first year of the company, with the available people and resources, we will
probably supply 1,800 to 3,000 Senior High School Students and College Students per
month. Therefore, 36,500 turon can supply a year and for the 3 rd year of the company
double the number of turon will be sold.

The company offers a product with health benefits that will satisfy and
gain the customers’ trust.
The banana wrap comes with an eco-friendly and creative packaging
that gives a good trademark to the company. The price comes up with a right
computation of costing that is just suitable for the product’s quality and
quantity.
The company used a digital and traditional way of advertising in
promotion. The company created a Facebook page and flyers that will be
given to customers.
The company also provided a vicinity map to show the customers
where the store is located and where they can buy the product.

The company created a bite-size banana wrap or "turon" as they call it in the
Philippines to give nutrition and also convenience for students and
professionals as well.The company's product is made from fresh ingredients
and it is well prepared to make sure it will give the right crunch, flavour,
sweetness and satisfaction. The company's output is combined with 3
different special dips ; milk, chocolate and mango that will definitely
compliment the banana wrap itself and definitely satisfy our beloved
customers.
The name of the product is "TURON-TODO" , Turon is a Filipino term that
means "Banana wrap" and Todo means "all" or "giving all that one has".

The target market of the Stonks Company are students in STI COLLEGE
NOVALICHES, specifically Senior high and College students. We choose
students as our target market for our product Turon-Todo because based on
the research that we have conducted, the Turon/banana is beneficial to their
health because it contains vitamins that will keep them active and motivated
in their school works.
Positioning
“Banana wrap na todo sa sarap” is the tagline of the company. “Banana wrap”
is the English term for the product “turon”. Turon-Todo is not only an ordinary
snack, It has a lot of health benefits and it comes with a dip with different
flavors - chocolate, milk, and mango. “Todo” is a Filipino word means “all”. So
when the turon is combined with the dip, it makes the product “todo sa sarap”.
Pricing Strategy
The company's product price is based on the cost of the raw ingredients used
to make and prepare the Banana wrap, labor, and marked up.
The pricing strategy that the company use is The Premium Strategy where in
it is most effective way in promoting a new product and because the company
has a unique competitive advantage compared to its competitors. It also has
a proper costing that gives justice to the quality of the product.
Promotion
An exhibit will be held in STI College Novaliches where every companies in
each section will showcase their own products. The STONKS Company will
promote the company’s product named “Turon-Todo” by participating in the
said exhibit. During the exhibit, the presenters will explain all the details about
the product. The company will also be doing the digital and traditional
advertising of the product. In digital/internet advertising, the company used
Facebook, a social media platform, to create a Facebook page of “Turon-
Todo”. While in traditional advertising, the company used flyers that will be
given to the target customers on the exhibit day.
