    Mr. Reshibandhu, a 55-year-old male, presented with a 3-month history of fever, cough with expectoration, and weight loss. Examination found supraclavicular lymph node enlargement and crackles in both lungs. Investigations revealed anemia and a positive sputum AFB test. He was diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis and started on a standard 4-drug antitubercular treatment regimen. He showed improvement and was discharged on completion of intensive phase with medications to continue the continuation phase and symptom relief. He was advised follow up after 2 months with chest x-ray.
