1.No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients
Cookie Dough Base Layer
 1/2cup unsalted butter, softened
 1cup packed light brown sugar
 1teaspoon vanilla extract
 1/3cup milk
 1/2teaspoon salt
 2 1/3cups oat flour
 1cup mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Ganache Topping:
 1 1/2cups semisweet chocolate chips
 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Procedure:
 First for the base layer in a large mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer or stand
mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the softened butter and brown
sugar until well combined.
 Second is add the vanilla extract, milk, salt and oat flour. Mix together until smooth.
Also fold in the mini chocolate chips until well distributed.

 Third is line in 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment or wax paper. Spread the “dough”
out evenly, making sure to get it all the way into the corners of the pan. Refrigerate for at
least two hours or until very solid.
 Fourth is once the base layer is solid, make the top layer by melting the remaining
chocolate chips with coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Also once it’s
become smooth, pour over the base layer and spread evenly. Return pan to fridge to
solidify the chocolate layer (about 15 minutes).
 Last is slice it into 2-inch squares. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated in an airtight
container for up to a week.

2.No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

Ingredients
 1-13 oz package chocolate chip cookie crunch (not soft or
chewy)
 1 cup milk (2% or whole)
 1-9 oz prepared graham cracker crust not the 6 oz-it will be
too small
 1-8 oz tub frozen whipped topping Cool Whip

Procedure:
 First is to dunk 8 - 10 chocolate chip cookies in the milk and layer the bottom of the
crust. (Dunk quickly to avoid making the cookies too soggy.)

 Second is Layer 1/3 of the Cool Whip over the cookies. Also Dunk 10-11 cookies in
the milk and layer over the Cool Whip. Layer another 1/3 of the Cool Whip over the
2nd layer of cookies.
 Third is dunk 12-13 cookies in the milk and place over the Cool Whip. Layer the
final 1/3 of the Cool Whip over the cookies.

 Last is to Crumble a couple of cookies and sprinkle over the top of the pie. Cover
and refrigerate for 8 hours.
