Introduction
City-Hydro approach to growing microgreens has revolutionized the once very complex process of growing microgreens. City-Hydro PURE
technologies have cut the costs of growing microgreens with their very effective innovations in LED lighting, water usage and PURE growing methods.

City Hydro was founded in 2011 and opened our doors in 2013 after 2 years of research, development and final Proof of Concept with 12 of the best
chefs in Baltimore. City-Hydro's main focus is the sale of hydroponic/microgreen growing equipment. City-Hydro still has it own growing operation
used for research and development as well as providing PURE microgreens to many of the top chefs in Baltimore.

City-Hydro PURE mandate dictates that all growing process be free of any fertilizers and/or pesticides. That all plastics used in every part of the
operations be certified food-safe. That all seeds are sourced from responsible USDA certified dealers and are not treated with any chemicals. That all
water used is filtered at least 3 time and routinely checked for pathogens.

Wikipedia states: “ A microgreen is a tiny vegetable green that is used both as a visual and flavor component or ingredient primarily in fine dining
restaurants. Fine dining chefs use microgreens to enhance the beauty, taste and freshness of their dishes with their delicate textures and distinctive
flavors”. - Microgreens are no longer just a garnish on a plate at a fine dinning restaurant, they are pack with amazing nutrients many have over 40
TIMES the nutrient value of the adult counterpart. John Hopkins University doctor and researcher in 1992 discovered the health-promoting properties
of sulforaphane glucosinolate, the cancer-fighting chemical abundant in the pungent Brassica family of vegetables. The lab's findings were splashed
on the front page of The New York Times and hailed as one of the top 100 scientific discoveries of the 20th century.

Thus the verticals in the microgreen market are expanding from restaurant where chefs used them as a garnish to the heath care field where
consumption far out weights the small amounts chef are using. Juice bars are finding added value providing their clients with full “salads” made of just
microgreens. Healthcare practionaries, nutritionist, health concussion people and many others are finding the amazing health benefits to eat PURE
living microgreens. City-Hydro is also working with medical researchers on the medical application of not only several types of microgreens but as
well hemp microgreens for CBD content. City-Hydro feels as do many microgreens are becoming a trend no longer a fade in a fancy restaurant.

System
City-Hydro's PURE grow system was built from the ground up, utilizing the latest LED technologies and hydroponic growing methods. City-
Hydro's PURE Grow System fits into any environment as a stand alone unit or as a cluster in a full grow-room application. City-Hydro's
proven technology use only PURE H2O, no fertilizers, no pesticides and no soil, all plastics used in the system are certified Food-Safe, all grow
mediums are 100% organically certified. City-Hydro simple 5 step process insures your total successes, insures your product is PURE and full
of flavor. City-Hydro PURE Grow System incorporates two stages of production, first being germination, second being vegetative. The first
stage of germination normally takes between 3-4 days, the second stage is the vegetative state, this stage take on average another 4-5 days.
City-Hydro 5500K LEDs are very cost-efficient and long lasting average life average life expectancy of 50,000 hours. City-Hydro microgreens
are sold living insuring the highest nutritional value and freshness at harvest. City-Hydro prides itself on Food-Safety and Freshness of its
product. City-Hydro microgreens have won several awards, are high sought after by Chefs and Nutritionist and individuals. All City-Hydro
certified grows grow PURE and must maintain the same high-quality product as mandate by the founders. Each rack is self contained with 8
shelf wire rack, 14 LED strip lights, 14 18'x26' foodsafe trays, powerbox and 7 germination lids. Microgreens on average germinate for 3-4+-
days and are in vegetative state for another 3-4 days. City-Hydro only sells living microgreens with an average self life of 7-10 days in our
recommend 1lb strawberry container. All our microgreen are grown on 100% organic coco fiber using PURE H2O.

A tray of microgreens wholesale sells for between $30-$100.00 with 8 of our 5.25x7.5 pads. The retail value of a tray is $120-$240.00 24
1.75x7.5 pads which fit perfectly in our 1lb strawberry container and sell for $5.00-10.00 retail or farmers markets. Average cost for materials to
produce one tray of 75+ verities of microgreens is on average $5.00-$8.00 cost does not include labor, lease or other costs such as insurance,
accountant and/or office expenses . City-Hydro's 10'x15' grow-room monthly utility bill on average is $125.00. Average yield per tray 2-3 lbs
