Santos Farm Supplies, Inc. is a family business enterprise of the Santos family in San Ildefonso,
Bulacan. Its business concerns farm inputs, such as fertilizers, chemicals, farm tools, and seeds.
The president and general manager is Gerry Santos. His wife Amanda is the treasurer while their
two children help manage the family business. Gerry Santos intends to retire next month due to

retirement. But Philip, and his brother Cesar are not interested. They want to work in a
prestigious corporation in Ayala, Makati. Since the skills and interests of the wife of Gerry
Santos are not really for business management, the farm business enterprise is most likely to

more funds from the members and can acquire better management.
