Learning Task 1.2: Detect and Choose
1. Variety of appetizers wherein the only requirement is that you keep everything small enough to
be picked up with the fingers and eaten with little mess.

3. Grab all of your ingredients (you may use left overs), utensils, and equipment needed.
4. One by one, wash, cut, dice, chop, and measure all of your ingredients.
5. Place them into appropriately sized dishes, bowls, and containers for easy grabbing.
6. Arrange them properly according to use in your working table with label what kind of appetizer it
is.
7. Always observe the criteria in performing your task for best result.
