    Pipeline – Request letter for issue of quantity variation order.
    Reference: Your PO No.18000250-OQ-11986/DAB dated 23/03/2019

    Dear Sir,
    With reference to the above, we wish to draw your kind notice for the following points,
    1. On 25th April 2019 we mobilized our compressors to CP06 location by the HPCL mobilization
    notice mail, after mobilization HPCL intimated us to demobilize the equipment from CP06 due to
    change in shutdown works. We are keeping it in billing as intimated earlier also before
    demobilizing. So, we need to increase the SOR item no 1 which is Supply of Compressors.

    2. On 24/09/2019, As per our discussion in the meeting had with HPCL Rajamundry team and Vizag
    HPCL team, finalized that in Phase 2 need to do Air pigging in both the section i.e from RBS to
    IPS2, IPS2 to Vijayawada station. As per this we need to increase the quantity of air pigging( SOR
    item no 3) and supply of compressors(SOR item no 1) items in the PO.

    3. In Phase 1, SOR item no 4 Air compressor additional charges were totally used and balance of 4
    hours to be charged as per usage. In addition to this in Phase 2 also we require additional hours
    as per site requirement. So we are bringing this to your notice that same item to be revised.

    4. As per PO SOR Item no 8 Supply of 2” Weld o lets are 4 nos, but as per site requirement we need
    it 8nos. So need to change this quantity from 4nos to 8nos in PO.

    As per above reasons mentioned the change order quantities to be changed. For your clear observation
    we attached detailed sheet which SOR items are highlighted in yellow colour for your kind reference and
    approval.

    We request you to kindly look in to matter and issue us the variation order/amendment for the same.
