The Human Element

Compared to FIRO-B®
THE HUMAN ELEMENT is much more than an update of the FIRO-B instrument. The Human Element is a sequenced
series of experiential modules that offers a comprehensive methodology for addressing the human issues in organiza-
tions, which includes the updated instrument, Element B: Behavior, and several other FIRO instruments. It is the "full
realization of FIRO," in the words of Will Schutz, creator of FIRO and The Human Element.
