Dear Sir,
We are pleased to enclose herewith our techno-commercial proposal for Project &
Construction Management for for the upcoming Commercial Development in Viman
Nagar, Pune.
Regards
a) The PMC shall be responsible for establishing & implementing a system of quality
assurance / control to ensure that construction works are carried out in
accordance with the specification and quality assurance / control procedures.
Responsible for advising on the need for independent testing services
b) PMC shall be responsible for reviewing, evaluating and advising on the drawings
produced by the architect / designers, structural consultant, MEP consultant,
other consultants and contractors to ensure proper and smooth co-ordination
during the execution works.
c) Information / Design Management: Responsible for supervising with the Client a
system for handling queries and communications with the contractors and the
design team to resolve issues and to minimize the cost and time impact upon the
Project. Responsible for reviewing with the client the comprehensive brief for the
project taking into account site planning, development phasing, building function,
space requirements, land usage, site information, cost targets, time and quality
targets & occupational requirements
d) PMC shall be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, monitoring and advising on
the schedule produced by contractors to ensure that the Project Milestones are
achieved including any revisions or updates during the project duration.
e) PMC must conduct / attend all Project Team meetings, site meetings, budget and
review meetings or calls as required and must convene inter-personal or other
meetings at such times and venues and of such frequency as the requirement of
the Project must dictate from time to time.
f) PMC shall be responsible for monitoring the progress of the contractors and
suppliers work, measure performance against the Project Schedule and Project
Budget, handle contractual disputes (if any) & change orders, provide advice on
site organizational and execution problems, advice on claims management and
provide regular reports to the Client
g) The PMC shall be responsible for reviewing and approving the site logistics plan
developed by the Contractors, including site operations such as access, materials
