 ABSTRACT

This report presents an intern experience in a reputed Company named SOFTBIT

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY which is some project under Software Design and
Development Methodology based on HTML, CSS, BOOTSTRAP, and OOP with raw PHP .I
have done a master project that names “SCHOOL MANEGMENT SYSTEM”. The goal of my
project is Management system is responsible for handling the specifics of colleges, students,
classes, instructors, registration, controlling all information on schooling, courses, training,
college.

The project is entirely designed at administrative end and therefore only the access is guaranteed
to the administrator.

The project's aim is to develop an application system to minimize the manual work for
managing classrooms, students, courses, classes that it tracks to all the information about the
classes, teachers, registrations.

I hope I can upgrade this master project more in the future andexpand all the features of this
project.

INTRODUCTION

1.1 Introduction:

Internship is a program that enhances the capability of the graduates and a scope to do practical
works in an organization related to the student’s major to gain the work experience. . I want to
take new challenges and learn to improve and develop new skills that will help me in my future
life. In this time the outside word is very competitive for every students, in this causes internship
gives the student good opportunity to start a beginning level.

The objectives of this internship also aim to the specific objects are the following:

● PHP CodeIgniter Framework
● MySQL
● Html & CSS
● Bootstrap

1.2 Motivation:
I am very happy to get this opportunity. My internship period was very interesting, because this
organization all developer is very friendly and helpful. They are always helping me. In the
future, I want to develop my career as a web developer.
Here are 5 reasons i should take the internship and feel great about your decision:

1. To gain experience.
My lack of experience and this is the only way to make it happen. The best experience comes
from internships, because I can do a bit of it all! I get to see and experience the different roles
people play in certain businesses, and see working life from different perspectives.
2. To have a better understanding.
It takes time for an internship to understand my job, my tasks and the industry. Practitioners want
you to quit understanding more than you have come with, so that is probably the outcome. This
opportunity to understand every mission given to me and to use every new tool.

3. Have the opportunity to learn and watch.

During an internship I can learn the best of it. People are going to watch over me and work
closely with me on projects so I have someone to look up and have a goal to work towards.

Maybe from these people I will learn new skills and new stuff about the industry and life you
didn't know before.

4. Gain the ability to put new things into practice.

i can try out new skills and tools without the pressure of being wrong. Internships are a time to
experiment, and people who hire my for that internship know that. They expect me to learn from
me mistakes and use this as motivation to get better at the things i were not so great at before.

5. Build confidence.
If it's public speaking, giving presentations or simply putting out new ideas, internships will
build my faith that helps me to develop as both a worker and a individual. Trust is important
because if I don't believe in myself ...... who will? There is a fine line between confidence and
pride, so make sure I'm not crossing it because nobody likes an arrogant worker! Practice stages
will help you develop confidence through practice that will also support my personal
development. Practice is, after all, great!

1.3 Internship Objectives:

Internships are to expand the depth and breadth of academic learning in particular areas of study.
Goals During the internship, I work with practical knowledge and true work experience. An
internship can also heighten my awareness of community issues, motivate me to create
opportunities, embrace new ideas, and give direction to positive change. The main purpose of my
internship is web development. A successful internship can give me valuable information in
making decisions about the direction of future employment. Mastering Technical Skills.

1.4 Report Layout:

The internship report is organized in another chapter, and each chapter speaks about different
perspectives. The first part of the report objectives, motivation, the purpose of training and the
layout of the report. The next chapter is an overview of the organization, followed by a
description of all the tasks performed at that time. Finally, the report contains some recent
comments and conclusions from the experience.

2.6 Working environment:

Softbit Information Technology provides a professional, productive and efficient working
environment. All employees are always active, friendly and helpful
• Highly configured computers for each of the employees are provided.
• Anyone in the office can immediately find tech supports help if needed.
• Employee attendance is ensured by fingerprint and identity card of each employee daily.
• Every employee has their own desk with a computer
• Chat Work is used for internal communication and keeps track of assigned tasks.

The Softbit Information Technology open 10am and close 4pm of daily basis. And I have always
tried to attend in this time. This report describes activities that take place within six months of
full-time training in Inventive apps Limited. I would like to actively participate in the company's
goals by applying the knowledge acquired in the studies.

TASK PROJECT AND ACTIVITIES

3.1 Daily Task and activities:

I go to the office each day and sign in for a meeting with all the members of the team. Then I can
understand what I'm going to be doing all day long. First and foremost, the supervisor of my
company advises me to learn about WEB Development, HTML, CSS, JAVA, JQUERY, PHP,
MYSQL and that is important to WEB Growth. My academic experience has helped me a lot to
do some things. Here are my duties as an intern.

3.2 Events and activities:

The softbit information Technology is celebrated on different types of activities. I have
celebrated the various types of events and activities during my internship time. In reality, with
other conventional interests, one can expect a fascinating corporate culture. Like—

3.4 Challenges:
The challenge has a saying: "No pain, no benefit" The more challenges you face, the greater you
will be able to think about reality. I am no exception here

CHAPTER 4

COMPETIENCE AND SMART PLAN

4.1 Problems & Solutions:

Students are deemed free. But, as the popular saying goes, "a rocker doesn't have foam," says if
students aren't monitored or monitored by a limited intensity, they can't take anything off the
system. I was lucky to be part of a team that was always led by my boss and other colleagues and
gave me their precious thoughts. This segment is about explaining my job during the
preparation.

4.2 Learning Phase:

The team had taken ample time to train me. From the outset, my duty has been to gather
information about some important project topics. These included studying the needs and
preferences of the customer, project management, some resources and systems, some
information on best practices. I've learnt throughout the time-

● How to use excel for keeping things traced

● Basic functional testing
● Basic PHP language
● Some valuable designed patterns and their implementation
● I learned about PHP Code igniter web framework
● I learned about Ajax a library of JavaScript
● I gained detailed knowledge about software development life cycle and
product maintenance process.

4.2.1Basics of Computing Hardware and Software:
Hardware:

The object stands for permanence and immutability. You can easily change the software or the
programming. In the hardware, you can create a completely new system and convert it into a
whole new user experience. You may also change the modular configuration of most computers
by adding new adapters or cards that expand your computer's capabilities.

Software:

The software is a generic term for structured computer data collections and instructions which
are often divided into two main categories: system software which provides the computer's non-
specific basic functions and the application software used to perform certain tasks.The device
software is responsible for monitoring, integrating and handling a computer system's individual
hardware components so that all consumers of software and applications interpret it as a cohesive
unit without having to deal with the information on the disk or text representation on a screen at
a specific time of low memory levels.The machine program usually contains an operating
system, and some simple utilities such as disk formers, file managers, screen administrators, text
editors, administration tools, and user authentication.

4.2.2 Testing:
During the preparatory phase, Softbit information technology thought it would be very effective
for a trainee to have a good understanding of the project if he could carry out the entire project
himself. For this purpose, I first wanted to perform the function tests.I wanted to perform the
function tests first for this purpose. And if you're trying anything, you can keep organizing all of
the problems. Testing the web application therefore also improved my knowledge about how to
keep things organized and presentable to others.

4.2.3 Training:
I have successfully completed another lecture or training during my internship time period.

That also inspired me to learn about it wanted it to accelerate growth as quickly as possible. But
first, they gave the highest priority to my basic learning. My supervisor encouraged me to apply
my expertise to this application only when I learned something new.

How did I apply my learning? Let me explain.

4.2.4 Basic PHP and MySQL:
As already mentioned, I was assigned to the PHP team and decided to work on theback-end. Of
course, my first task should be simple PHP and MySQL learning. When I was received by my
supervisor and team, I learned from several website tutorials. So the job was to implement the
application.

I only remember the moment when I implemented the application in a seven days and received a
great round of applause for a great analysis of requirements.

4.2.5 PHP with OOP:

When I implemented the raw PHP script, and the code was unstructured and unreadable, my boss
asked me to explain the meaning of OOP. This was a really good idea for me to explain my
definition.

4.2.6Codeigniter:
Although the current project is based on the PHP Code igniter framework, it is usefulto first
learn the Code igniter framework because it is simple and understands the basicconcepts of the
PHP framework and so lightweight. That's why my supervisorsuggested that I learn the Code
igniter Framework up to CRUD (Create, Read, Update and Delete). I learned it and implemented
the same application in Code igniter.

4.2.7 Code Review:

This has taken interns from softbit information technology not for their research needs. They've
had the strategy to move me into real growth. To this end, I have come to face an unknown
problem to build a project my internship period time. Then I am discussed with my internal
supervisor and he gives me a better suggestion and a better solution to this problem. Then, I
reviewed my entire project and resolved this problem.

4.2.8 Meeting:
I have to attend two meetings a day. One is a daily project meeting with all the members of my
team. And one with my supervisor. During the day-to-day meetings, all developers shared the
completed and pending tasks of their previous workday and offer an overview of plans for the
current day. If there is something to talk to your colleagues and leaders, developers do it during
the meeting.

4.3 Project Involvement:
I am interested in some other design of a project. And I also share a new concept that has been
worthy of commendation. They sent me a small portion of consumer service needs in mid-
February; I've contributed to the project since. And February-I've contributed to another project.
I'm so thankful and happy I got this job. I want to continue the job in the future.

4.3.1 Communication Skill:

communication skill is a best skill which makes a man great. I have had to connect with my team
members. I have another client to visit to know them, too. For reasons which have significantly
enhanced my communication skills I had to communicate with them. I had to show my day at
research as well. He has also been improving my presentation skills.

4.4 Challenges:
The challenge has a saying: "No pain, no benefit" The more challenges I have faced several
challenges in my internship time. I faced the following obstacles during the internship:

• Adaption to the professional climate.

• To generate some problem-solving concept.

• Contribute to other initiatives.

• Bringing the concept to other members of the team.

• Understanding consumer needs.

• Abstract understanding of practical know-how.

Face, the more Truth you will understand. I am no exception here.

4.5 Smart Plan:

Having a clever strategy that can fix any problem at first. It is not possible to sustain this flowing
step toward achieving goal without strategy, productive and achievement of goal.

• Agree on Plan Targets.

• Know my target customer.

4.6 Reflection:
This internship has been such a rising Web application experience for me. In all realistic
experiences, I have discovered the significance alongside emotional experiences. I'm so happy to
have the chance to intern here. I am very glad to have agreed to work here. I believe the
experience on this platform is a good glimpse of my career and life in the future. I am learning
some important skills and I am learning more about myself.

SELF ASSESSMENT

5.1 Self-Evaluation:
Self-evaluation "Believe deeply in what you are doing and never sacrifice your expectations and
principles knowingly, behave like a true professional, aim for perfection and the money will
continue."-David Maister.

Self-evaluation is a method for consistently tracking, assessing and reviewing your own
professional practice and its results to sustain or enhance it. It can happen on an individual level
or on an organizational level. Reviewing oneself means people are researching and reviewing
their own professional work.

5.2 Self Confidence:

Before going to the internship, I had less confidence than now. During that time, they gave me
their homework. I completed many of them on my own, some with the help of my team members
In this company, I have always tried to understand the requirement. And I am always carefully to
all kind of works. In this causes most of the time I have successful to achieve my goal. During
that my internship time, I am always successfully completed my homework. At first, I made so
many mistakes, but because of the some mistakes, I learned more and I can guarantee that the
same mistakes will not be repeated in future.

5.3 Team worker capability:

Collaboration is important within a team. At first I got the best chance to work with member of
this company team.

I first consulted my boss whenever I faced difficulties. I had the opportunity to share my very
best thoughts. They shared their useful thoughts, if the idea was appropriate. It helps me come up
with some other thought. That's how I learned to work as a team.

As a student we have a lot of time. We learn a lot of things in student life. When we want to do
so in the future, so all industries will be shined. We should be developing a fresh concept, which
should always include creative practice with us.

5.5 Attendance and Punctuality :

My friends, family and teachers all know me as a self-employed person. This report describes
activities in softbit information technology which take place within six months of full-time
training. And in this period I've always attempted to attend. In applying the expertise gained in
the studies, I would like to take an active part in the company's objectives. Yet I had an issue of
self-esteem in the office sessions to be punctual and complete the tasks. Also, I've learned here,
when someone trusts you, keeping your trust becomes your responsibility. The office atmosphere
brought me to realize just how critical punctuality is.

CONCLUSION AND FUTURE CAREER

6.1 Discussion and conclusion :

I would like to thank International Daffodil University for the discussion and the conclusion. I
learned how to run a business during this stage, as well as a lot of information about the web
application. The internship is a perfect chance for a student to brighten up in professional life.
The interesting fact is that here, even without knowing the strain, students have a lot to do,
something wonderful. This training span assists in the long run. And thanks also to all developers
of my internship company softbit information technology, they helped me solve and create new
applications and this is training institute. This company taught me to express myself, and taught
me the importance of timeliness. I learned a lot of important lessons from my supervisor Md.
Rahat Hasan, Software Engineer, who is improving my technical and personal area. I will never
forget your insightful advice. I hope that this experience will help a different job sector for me.

6.2 Scope For Future Career:
Computing technology continues to grow for a long time at the heart of digital audio and video
equipment, often following changes in the corporate world. Web development is currently
becoming ever more efficient for its customers. More powerful tools for advanced Web creation
will be built in the near future. The experience I gained from my traineeship gave me a
tremendous boost to establish a web development career that would attract .
