Foreword

The Maintenance Training Organization Exposition (MTOE0 defines Aeronautical Institute of

Bangladesh (AIB) as training organization. The MTOE is developed in compliance with ANO (AW) Part
147 regulatory requirements.

The purpose of the MTOE is to:

a) demonstrate full compliance with the regulatory requirements.
b) describe the most efficient process to enable AIB to operate in an effective way.
The MTOE describes the organizational regulations, individual responsibilities, training and examination
procedures and quality assurance system.

Accountable Manager is responsible for the overall operation of AIB and has corporate authority to
maintain adequate facilities, equipment, materials, technical data and qualified personnel as necessary to
comply with regulatory requirements.

The MTOE is composed of following parts which are divided into paragraphs (hereinafter referred as
Para).
Part-1: Management
Part-2: Training and Examination Procedures
Part-3: Training System and Quality Procedures
Part-4: Forms and Syllabi

To supplement MTOE, Additional four Link Documents have been developed to specify personnel lists
and agreement with Sub-contractors.

The use of the male gender implies the female gender and vice versa.

CAAB Representative(s) has access to MTOE and associated Link Documents.

Internal Approval Statement

This Maintenance Training Organization Exposition (MTOE) is prepared to fulfill the regulatory
requirements of ANO (AW) Part-147. The manual is strictly adhered by all concerned.

It covers the training policy, organogram, facilities, procedures and control of training and examination
for conducting AME Basic Courses as per ANO (AW) Part-66 Syllabus.

It is the property of AIB and hence, unauthorizedly copying of it in any form is strictly forbidden.

Being the Training Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, the undersigned ensures that, all activities
of AIB’s are performed in accordance with the MTOE.
