2.0 Milky Refreshment On-The-Go

Background

FanVanille stands to be the leading brand in the on-the-go frozen dairy category and is the biggest contributor the
total net sales of FanMilk Nigeria. Without heavy marketing activities, the product has managed to earn the love of
Nigerian consumers due to taste & affordability. It is the case of ‘I sell quite well on my own’
Challenge

Although FanVanille is loved and enjoyed by Nigerians, the product has no clear meaning in the minds of
consumers. There is yet to be a clear differentiation between FanVanille and other products in the frozen dairy
category.

FanVanille is often perceived to be an ice cream instead of a flavoured milk. Campaign theme; Milky Refreshment
On-The-Go was coined out to address the wrong perception and also build salience & a lasting connection in the
minds of consumers. It is imperative to land this message in a relatable way to the average Nigerian consumer,
creative direction must perfectly depict the everyday Nigerian scenario and lingua.
Target Audience

Primary target audience are Nigerians, 16-25 Y/O, Male & Female, C1, C2, D. They want to live life to the fullest
because YOLO. They are constantly on-the-go and rely on snacking to keep them going. They always desire a
beverage that not only refreshes but also offers them some nutritional values.

Brand Insight

FanVanille is a symbol of cool & nourishing refreshment. It is young, dynamic, bold & outdoorsy.

Benefits

FanVanille is Xtra Creamy, Xtra Tasty, it is frozen flavoured milk.
