Some of the key points discussed in the interview include: - Gathering data from communities was identified as the worst part of the job, as not all community members are vocal and data must be compiled in a detailed, specific way. - The journey of visiting each community member is difficult due to long travel times on unfamiliar roads and dealing with animals like dogs but is ultimately rewarding when helping people. - Seeing appreciation from community members, even just a thank you, is very motivating and inspires the nurse to continue their important work, despite challenges.

Below are our questions we prepared for the interview along with her answers:

1. What is the hardest to work with? The community nurse or the hospital nurse?
Answer: It is going to be the hospital nurse, because the question is ng “hardest to
work with.” A hospital nurse is always meeting different patients, not to mention that
everyone is not so knowledgeable about the medical field. So, there are times where they
are easy to get angry or mad. Of course as a hospital nurse, they have it all of it as their
cargo. They are the ones who take every patient, because as a nurse you are not only giving
medical attention or just doing your job, but you need to understand and do your service
whole heartedly as well.

2. Based on your experience working as a community health nurse, what is the worst
thing that you have handled?
Answer: Gathering data, because not everyone is very vocal. The difficult part
about it, is when you compile it. Because it is supposed to be specific, detailed, you are not
allowed to miss a single house. Because you could not finish that on your own.

3. Did you have any source of strength to overcome that situation?

Answer: As a nursing student it is not just about the need to finish it, but on your
point of view, but you need to do this do this to learn and for the future you will know what
to do, because lives are at stake and are on your hands.

4. What are the parts of your job that you enjoy or wanted to do the most?
Answer: The journey itself because you will feel the exhaustion. There, you will
experience what type of community you are in, you will also need to assess on which part
you will give attention, to help other.

5. Did you already encounter has inappropriate attitude? Is it many or a few?

Answer: Thankfully, none, because they understand that you are still learning, but
you still need to be responsible. Because one wrong move can cause the patient’s life and
the license of being a nurse.

6. Share an experience you had in dealing with a difficult person and how you handled
the situation? (As a nurse)
Answer: On my journey as a nurse the manners of the people I met are not that
temperamental. Usually, they are very calm. The challenging part about it is my experience.
Especially when I need to explain them the medical procedure but they are medically
inclined.

7. Tell us about how your journey as a Community Health Nurse.

Answer: It was hard, Asie from being specific you’re supposed to organize it. Also,
the roads, especially when you are not very familiar on the community you are in. You will
need to get to hell and back just to meet every single person on your community. Another
one is the animals, like the dogs. Incredibly stressful, but like they always say “if you really
love what you do, even if it is difficult, you could overcome it.” The journey itself was
hard, really-hard, but I enjoyed it because I love what I do.

8. Why did you feel it is important to keep our communities healthy and aware of
health issues?
Answer: Yes, it is important to be aware. Because you are a community nurse.
Because your job is to mitigate or stop the sickness and ailments of the people on your
community and to stop them from being hospitalized.
9. What motivates you to pursue a career as a community health nursing student?
Answer: The people, because when you know they appreciate you, even if what you
do is hard. Even if you have lots of paperwork's, even if you go to every corner of your
community just to meet everyone. Simply a thank you, is inspiring, it motivates you, it
lightens your mood even if you are so tired. Like they said “find motivation or strength on
anything that you do.
