and Conditions
As part of the screening process, you are required to undergo Wise Training effective February 16, 2022 subject to the
following Terms and Conditions:
1. DURATION

2. TRAINING ALLOWANCE
Rate
You shall be entitled to a Training Allowance equivalent to Php 750.00 per day payable on the nearest payout date. See
pay cycle below.
Payout Schedule
Your Training Schedule shall be prescribed by the Program or Training Head or the Trainer-in-charge,
which is subject to change at the discretion of the Company.
You agree to devote your full time and effort to Training. In doing so, you shall perform your duties as Trainee to the
best of your abilities competently, efficiently, and diligently. Full-time Training is defined as the regularly established
Training hours of the Company, including rest days. You hereby waive your right to the Training Allowance for time lost
due to absences, tardiness and any other causes.
During your Training Period, you shall refrain from working (or attending Training) for another Call Center or from
engaging in any activity which is in conflict with the interests of the Company or which will interfere with the
performance of your duties as Trainee, whether inside or outside of your Training hours, without prior written consent
of the Company.
You shall be held responsible to strictly comply with all rules and regulations of the Company. Non-compliance with
Company Rules, regulations and requirements shall mean failure to pass or complete Training.
During the Training Period, you are mandated to observe, among others, the following rules/requirements:
3. Notification Policy
All Trainees are required to observe the proper Call-in Procedure. You are required to contact your Trainer (or
Manager) AND the OAM Hotline No. 0917-896-0634 two hours before the Training Schedule if you will be late or
absent from training. The Company has the prerogative to determine if absence/late is excused or not.
7. Code of Conduct
Trainees are expected to act with professionalism, respect, integrity, and commitment at all times. Any act that
is prejudicial to the Company, including the transgression of Training Guidelines, shall cause Termination of the
Training Agreement.
5. TERMINATION
The Company may terminate this Training Agreement at any time with or without cause, which includes non-submission
of pre-employment requirements such as but not limited to PPE requirements (non-compliance with PPE, non-
completion of PPE, and unfit to continue training are grounds for termination of this Agreement.) In the event you
decide not to continue with Training, you must give a written notice at least one day before the intended date thereof.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
You shall not divulge, disclose or communicate to any person, firm, corporation or any other entity, in any manner
whatsoever; any confidential information, trade secrets or business records concerning any matter affecting the business
of the Company or any of its affiliates or clients, including, but not limited to, any of the client or the clients’ customers,
methods of operations, finance or service modes of OAMPI Inc. or any of its affiliate, clients or clients’ customers, its
offices and other employees to you, as a consequence of, or by reason of, any content covered in Training.
You agree that all Company records and documents, and any information or data acquired or gained in the course of
your Training are strictly confidential. Unauthorized disclosure will not be made by you at any time during or after
Training. This Confidentiality Provision likewise extends to the non-disclosure of your allowance.
Confidential information includes all disclosures, information and materials, whether oral, written or otherwise, including
but not limited to information learned by the Trainee, which have already been or will be accessed by, furnished to or
obtained including without limitation: i) information of a business nature, ii) information of a technical nature, and iii)
information related to future developments.
7. CONDITIONS
You agree to comply with all established Training Policies of the Company that exists and/or may hereinafter be issued.
You also undertake to know and understand these policies from the time of your engagement and/or its issuance. You
agree that any malfeasance on your part to comply with such rules and regulations shall mean failure to pass/complete
Training.
You represent and warrant that your performance of all the terms of this Training Agreement does not and will not
breach any agreement(s) to which you are a party. You have not entered into, and will not enter into, any agreement,
either written or oral, in conflict with your obligations under this Agreement.
You understand that Training is part of the continuing screening process for the position you have applied for.
Passing and completing Training is a prerequisite before the Company may consider hiring you for the position.
After such, in the event you are hired, you are required to sign your employment contract before reporting to
Operations.
