The poem describes the negative effects of cyberbullying on the narrator. After experiencing hateful comments online, the narrator feels hurt and cries. Others try to minimize the bullying by saying "it's just words" but the narrator still feels pain. The bullying has taken a physical and mental toll, as the narrator has lost weight hoping the bullies would notice. The narrator questions why cyberbullying is still allowed when it causes people to become suicidal or have declining grades. The poem aims to show how hurtful words online can deeply impact victims, even when others try to say it's not a big deal.

A tear rolled down my face as scrolled through the hateful comments about me I should take break from social media but here am I again looking for things to get better. They painted me as the bad guy that deserved to be in prison for rest of his life. What did do that was so wrong that cause you to say such things. Who knew that doing something that I love could cause me so much pain.
The people knew what I was going through said,
“It is going be fine”, Then why is it not fine yet “if you ignore they will leave eventually” I have been ignoring them for the past week and they aren’t leaving and “they are just words” I fake smiled and answer, “You are right, it is just words” If they are then why does it like I have been cut by a knife I don’t tell my parents because I was scared they will say the same. Why does it feel like no one understand how this is hurting me, I guess if you don’t go through it you will not understand me. I have lost weigh in small amount time hoping they would notice. Who am I to say such things when I saw this happened, and turned a blinded eye. Always hearing that teenagers turned suicidal and grades started to decline after this I promised myself that I will never be one of those people but here I am acting the same.
Why is cyberbully still around when it is offense?
how can they sleep peacefully through night, and not have to put up a fight, knowing they just destroyed someones life earlier in the day. Wonder if I end my life right here would you care, or would mock me and spit on my grave. Why does it feels like I am alone and no one cares for me. I should feel this low, and have marks that show.
