    WRITING UNIT 6

    PART 1

    1. How often do you go to the theatre?


    I go it every week.

    2. Would you like to be an actrees?


    Yes. It’s exciting.

    3. Why do you like plays?


    Because I am another person.

    PART 2

    I would like to be an actress because it allows me to be a different person. I can do a lot of things
    when I am on scene: laugh, cry, sing, dance...

    PART 3

    1. What do you think about the club?


    The club is an excellent place to meet people who are interested in the theatre. In the club you learn
    to be an actress. You can show various emotions: happInees, sadness, confusion, excitation….

    2. How could the classes be improved?


    The classes can be improved by inviting famous actors or actress to tell their experiences. Having
    also the possibility to sign up in some courses to learn techniques to be a better actor.

    3. Do you agree with the nexT mentoring system in the club?


    I don’t agree with the nexT mentoring system because it should be only for older members, they
    have more experience and if they want to be mentors, of course.

    I have received an email from my club. They want to develop a system to help new teenager mem-
    bers. I don’t have skills with them. I think that I won’t BE ABLE TO can do this job.

    Dear Secretary of the club,


    My name is Pat Smith and I am a recent member of the club.
    The purpose of this email is to express my total disSatisfaction with the last email received in rela-
    tion with the new mentoring system in the club.
    On the one hand, I believe that the members of this club don’t have skills to organize activities for
    new teenager members.
    On the other hand, we aren’t professional actors and we joined the club one month ago. I think that
    it is a short time to develop you mentoring system.
    Maybe, in the future, in a few months, we will can BE ABLE TO do the monitoring system suc-
    cessfully.
    I hope my suggestions are taken into consideration.
    I am looking forward to reading your reply.
