About us
The Entrepreneurship Cell IIT (BHU), Varanasi, is a conglomerate of individuals with a
vision, a dream. It is a place for all those who shirk from taking beaten paths and
believe in leaving trails in all walks of life. The cell aims at manifesting the latent
entrepreneurial spirit of young students.

E-Summit is the annual entrepreneurship -

oriented flagship event of E-Cell IIT BHU.
We provide an excellent platform for the young and
aspiring entrepreneurs to experience the culture of
entrepreneurship at IIT BHU.

Shark Tank IIT BHU
Already incubated, well-established startups crave for
an opportunity to pitch in front of a panel of investors
and venture capitalists. E-Summit provides students a
platform, similar to Shark Tank, a pitching event, which
will involve persuading the “sharks” to invest hefty
amount in their startup!

CasEx-Startup Case Study

Competition
An efficient case-study-solving event and a perfect
forum to improve problem-solving and analytical
abilities of students by tackling real-world challenges.
CaseEx aims to promote a spirit of entrepreneurship,
creativity, as well as assist students in effectively
addressing current issues.
Xpanse - The B-Plan Competition
Xpanse, a momentous competition to help students
get into the shoes of an entrepreneur and tackle
real-life business problems given by well-established
startups. The participants will be provided with a
company’s background, mission and vision statement
to build a business plan for the company.

Ideoscope
An event providing an opportunity to young
entrepreneurs and students to pitch their new
ideas, gain feedback from domain experts and get
the chance to improvise on crucial details.
Entrevia
An entrepreneurship-based online trivia, we give a
chance to students to test their knowledge about
entrepreneurship through an insightful quiz
competition!

Intern Fair
With many startups joining the Indian Unicorn Club,
there is a marked rise in employment for the talent
pool. We call out all the job seekers to join this
ultimate “Intern Fair” and grab themselves a chance
to walk in their dreams. Participants would register
on our intern portal where recruiters will offer
chances to intern for them, based on the task
performance by participants.
Applify
Undoubtedly today’s world operates on apps. Users
are so picky to choose and also, so quick to abandon if
they don’t enjoy the app. Students would design their
best version of an app according to the given problem
statements.

Hack-E-Thon
A competition for coding enthusiasts, in this event
contestants would bring a tech solution to the business
challenges during this event, demonstrating their
innovative thinking and technological expertise.
UXplore
First impressions never get second chances. Therefore, it
is seminal for having an eye-catching and easy-to-use
web design that can reach the user, surpassing the rivals.
Students would work on cool design features and
interactive interfaces from the user’s perspective for the
given problem statements.

Crypto Trading - ‘DogeKing’

Cryptocurrency noted a spectacular rise and popularity in
India, particularly amongst the younger cohort. Our goal is to
familiarise participants with crypto trading and provide
exposure without risking any real money. Participants will be
able to take mock crypto trading and analyze their skills on a
virtual platform.
