Introduction
•
This service describes about the process of
Approval of Load and Trim Sheet.
•
This service is for the Applicant(Operators)
who wish to apply for Approval of Load and
Trim Sheet.
Objectives :
At the end of this training, you will be able to:

The applicant , should be already registered in eGCA
external portal.
•
The applicant must have a valid eGCA ID.
•
Must have the access to the DGCA website.
•
C of R for the Aircraft Registration Mark should be
approved.
Process Flow Description

After login to eGCA portal, applicant selects service
“Approval of Load and Trim Sheet“
The applicant fills up the necessary details The system prompts the applicant to

The applicant first visits the eGCA portal and clicks “eGCA Login”

Then applicant inputs respective eGCA id, password and captcha

Aircraft Type/Model
Then applicant will select the Aircraft Type/Model.
Application Form Details
Then applicant fill Region ,Office and all mandatory fields and Upload documents in the application form.

Checklist
Then applicant fills the Checklist .
Now , the Approval of Load and Trim Sheet request has been submitted and the –
Application number is generated.
Integration: External Integration

No fee for Approval of Load and Trim Sheet. May come in future.
The Fee module has to be added in the service but the amount will be 0. DGCA may add the fee in future.

At the time of saving application by applicant E-Application ID Your e-Application ID YYYY-YY/DAW/RCR/0000000000 has generated
for your application for the Regular Certificate of Reg. on DDMMYYYY.
Please check the status of your application using this e-Application ID.
If result is not Satisfactory at the time of approval For sending Findings to the applicant Your request regarding e Application ID YYYY/DAW/RIH/0000000001,
has been sent back due to the following:

Validation and Business Rules
•
i. Send Shortfall functionality will be incorporated .
•
ii. Please refer to 3.23.7 for reject functionality.
•
iii. The field Aircraft Type/ Model will be dropdown. The list will be auto-populated from the aircraft types tagged with
the egca id.
•
iv. Preview and download option for the application form should be there for the applicant.
•
v. A copy of Load and Trim Sheet will be given with the Certificate. (Refer 3.16.4.3)
•
vi. In addition to the requirement mentioned, the RAO/ SRAO shall maintain the following records pertaining to
approval of LTS and its subsequent revisions:
