I, ALEXANDER HAMILTON SAET ATIENZA, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Block 7, Lot 10, Lakesidville Subd., Barangay Sinalhan, City of Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines, do hereby appoint, name and constitute, ROSALIE L. MENDOZA, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Block 13A, Lot 5, Villa Caceres, Barangay Dila, City of Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me and in my name, place and stead and to perform the following acts to wit:
1. To act as my representative to transact to file, sign, execute, apply and process car loan and mortgage contract in connection with Nissan NV350 Urvan bearing plate number NAF9014 at the China Bank Savings under such terms and conditions as my said Attorney-in-fact may deem proper and convenient;
2. To sign, execute and deliver any documents or papers that may be deemed required by the said bank in connection with the said loan;
3. To pay my monthly amortization at the China Bank Savings;
4. To claim and receive the Certificate of Registration, Cancellation of Mortgage or any
similar document upon full payment of the said vehicle;
5. To receive and encash the check due me/us from China Bank Savings representing refund by reason of full payment; and
6. To represent and transact official business with Land Transportation Office, Office of the Registry of Deeds, and other agencies in connection with the cancellation of mortgage and transfer of Certificate of Registration.
7. To make sign for in our name/behalf, to do such acts and things requisite and necessary to fully accomplish the above-power granted and authority.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that any of my said attorney-in-fact or his/her substitutes shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
