    LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
    OF
    BREANNA YABO RUBIO

    I, Breanna Yabo Rubio, residing and domiciled at Bacayan


    Talamban, Cebu City, hereby declare this to a CODICIL TO MY LAST WILL
    AND TESTAMENT.
    I hereby give and bequeath to my husband, Hanzel Sobiono-
    Rubio, the twenty-four (24) carat gold necklace I recently bought from
    Oro Gold on April 17, 2022, which can be found at my house here in
    Bacayan Talamban, Cebu City, stored in my purple jewelry box.
    In all other respects, my Last Will and Testament shall remain valid
    and published. I, Breanna Yabo Rubio, the testator, sign my name to
    this instrument this 17th day of April 2022, and being first duly sworn,
    declare to the undersigned authority all the following:
    1. I execute this instrument as the Codicil to my Will;

    2. I execute this Codicil as my free and voluntary act for the purpose
    expressed herein;

    3. I sign this Codicil willingly; and

    4. I am of legal age, of sound mind and disposing memory, and no


    constraint or undue influence.

    ATTESTATION CLAUSE

    We, the undersigned attesting witnesses, whose residences are


    stated opposite our respective names, do hereby certify: That the
    testator, Breanna Yabo Rubio, has published unto us the foregoing
    Codicil consisting of Three pages numbered correlatively in letters on the
    upper part of each page, as her Codicil to her Last Will and Testament and
    has signed the same and every page thereof, on the left margin, in our
    joint presence and we, in turn, at her request have witnessed and signed
    the same and every page thereof, on the left margin, in the presence of
    the testator and in the presence of each and all of us.

    BEFORE ME, Notary Public for and in the City of Cebu, Philippines,
    this 17th day of April,2022, personally appeared:

    The testator, Breanna Yabo Rubio with Driver’s License, issued


    March 08, 2010, LTO Regional Office VII, Cebu City;

    Witness, Blessie Mae Barral, with PRC License, issued on


    September 6, 2014 at Cebu City;

    Witness, Clark John Ceniza, with Driver’s License, issued on January


    23, 2015 at Mandaue City;

    Witness, Leonard Paduhilao, with PRC License, issued on


    September 21, 2010 at Cebu City,

    all known to me to be the same persons who signed the foregoing Codicil,
    the first as testator and the last three as instrumental witnesses, and they
    respectively acknowledged to me that they signed the same as their own
    free act and deed.

    This Codicil consists of three pages, including the page on which this
    acknowledgment is written, and has been signed on the left margin of
    each and every page thereof by the testator and her witnesses, and
    sealed with my notarial seal.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand the day, year


    and place above written.
