Why we use Informal letters?
-It is used in unprofessional situations.
-Informal letters are mainly used for personal
communication. So they do no have to follow any
speacialised specific patterns, or convections.
-They can be written as per writer’s wishes and
the requirements of the situation, so the letter is
written in a personal fashion in casual
unassuming language.
- So it can be used to send it to your best friend,
or your close acquaintances, family, relatives,
including who aren’t bothered to read letters that
doesn’t used any professional words, informal
and personal.
Some common reasons are:
Accepting or declining the invitation others gave you.
Inviting somebody for an occasion.
congratulating somebody.
Asking for something.
asking for advices.
communicating with their close acquaintance.
sending massages and emails.

Informal letters will have shorten version of a
word (contraction but formal letter will have
the full words.
Informal letters will use informal languages and
words, simple. No formal words.
They are used in different situations, informal
are for unprofessional situations, for formal
could be used in an professional situations like a
business occasions, letter from colleges or to
colleges (etc). And could use some professional
tones.
