Tour Details:

Check in: 6th May 2022 (you will board volvo on 5th May evening from Delhi)
Check out: 9th May 2022 (you will board volvo on 9th May evening from Manali)
No. of Pax: 2 Adults + 1 Child (8 yrs)
No. of Room: 1 Room
Meal Plan: Breakfast & Dinner
Local Cab for Sightseeing: Non AC Alto / Wagon R

Detailed Itinerary:

Day 01: Delhi - Manali (Take Volvo & Overnight Journey): 

Reach Volvo Stand (Majnu ka Tilla/ Ramkrishna ashram Metro) at 6:00-8:30 PM . Depart from Delhi to Manali. Travel by overnight Volvo bus from Delhi to Manali (12 - 14 Hours). (Manali is also famous for
adventure sports like skiing, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting, trekking, kayaking, and mountain biking. In short, Manali-is the "Valley of the Gods" and an ideal place for the ones in search of both
adventure and comfort. Reach Manali next morning at 6 - 8:30 AM. Arrival time at Manali may vary due to traffic.

Day 02 : Manali Arrival (Local Sightseeing):

On arrival at Manali, our representative assists to transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Check in at the hotel, freshen up and enjoy leisure time at the comfort of your room. After Some time, enjoy the half
city tour visiting some of the prominent spots and attractions including Hadimba Devi Temple also called Dhungri Temple, Shiv Temple ,Club House ,Tibetan Monastery and Vashisth Village. Dinner and
Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Manali.

Day 03 : Manali (Full day Trip to Solang Valley / Snow Point):

Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit Solang valley which is famous for winter games and paragliding etc. In case Solang valley has less or no snow, you will
be taken to the snow point as well. Evening return back to Hotel & overnight Stay.

Day 04 : Manali (Full Day Trip to Kullu( 45Kms) & Nagar Castle:

Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to  Kullu town  visiting the Kasol valley, Angora Farm ,Vaishno devi Temple & famous Kullu Shawl Industry. Also visiting Naggar
Castle, Waterfall, Art Gallery. Drive back to Manali by evening / late evening. Check in at the Hotel in Manali. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Manali.

Day 05 : Manali - Hotel check out and Drop to the Bus Stand:

Morning enjoy breakfast and check out from the hotel at 12 noon (Luggage can be kept at reception or bell desk. Afternoon enjoys at leisure or can take stroll down the mall in Manali and enjoy shopping
antiques, shawls and handicrafts. Evening catch the Volvo from Manali at 4.00 PM to proceed to Delhi. Overnight Journey.

Day 06: Arrival at Delhi - Tour Ends:

Room Heater Charges 
Rohtang Pass Sightseeing. Rohtang Pass is closed on Tuesday. May be non operational due to snowfall. You can visit by paying directly, subject to weather conditions and permit availability.
Cost will be approx. Rs. 4000/- - 8000/-
Atal Tunnel & Shishu Sightseeing - can be done with Solang valley by paying extra payment of Rs. 1500/- Total.
Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Phone Calls.
Any Kind of Drinks (Alcoholic, Mineral, Aerated)
 Mandatory Supplementary charges for Christmas Eve (24th Dec) & New Years Eve (31st Jan) Gala dinner.

Booking Requirements:

Air Tickets, Visa cost is required 100% at the time of confirmation.

Deposit of 50% of the Land Package per person to initiate a booking.
Balance 50% payment of the land package will have to be paid before 10 working days (Saturdays, Sundays & holidays not included) in case of International & Domestic Bookings both.
Booking can be cancelled if we did not receive the full amount before check-in date and no refund will be provided for the same.
Any Train tickets involved are non-refundable (whether domestic or International) and their amount will have to be required beforehand.
If date of travel is less than 30 days, a deposit of 50% of the total cost shall be applicable
If date of travel is less than 15 days, a deposit of 75% of the total cost shall be applicable
If date of travel is less than 10 days, a deposit of 100% of the total cost shall be applicable
Photocopies of the pan card and passport (First & Address Page copy is mandatory for all International destinations).

Cancellation Policy: 

The following charges are to be applied at the time of cancellation of holiday:

Minimum Cancellation charges are 20% of total cost or Rs. 2000/- per person (whichever is higher) and it is non-negotiable. In case of any natural calamity like rain, flood, landslides etc. which are not
under our control, we will follow the above policy. Balance will be refunded to travelers. Advance paid will be non refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the traveler's account in 15 – 30 days, please don’t rush for it. In case of Lockdown imposed by the Govt in Sikkim, we will secure your advance payment and the same can
be used for future dates.

30 days prior to departure date - 30% of total package cost OR Rs. 2000/- per person (whichever is higher).
Between 30 – 20 days of departure date – 50% of the total Package cost.
Between 20 – 10 days before departure date – 75% of the total Package cost.
Less than 10 days of departure date – 100% of the total Package cost. No Refund applicable.    
Long weekend (Holi, Durga Puja, Diwali, Independence Day etc.) / 20th Dec-10th Jan bookings are totally non-refundable.
24th / 25th Dec and 31st Dec/1st Jan Gala Dinner cost pay directly to Hotel (if mandatory gala dinner arranged by hotel).

Payment Policy:

In  such a case, when  the  100% payments are not received as per  the  minimum days mentioned / payment schedule, Raisoone Travels & Holidays Pvt. Ltd. & its staff will not be responsible for
any cancellation of bookings and / or the price escalation in hotel fares or Airfares or any related sightseeing or transfers services offered at the time of initial confirmation.
