    SCHEDULE-M
    LIST OF DEVIATIONS FROM SPECIFICATIONS
    (To be Completed and Signed by the Tenderer)

    1 It will be assumed that the Tenderer's offer fully complies with the Specification in all respects unless deviations are listed
    in this Schedule. The deviations indicated anywhere else directly or indirectly in the offer by way of "notes" or
    "technical review" or any other document will not be considered as deviations unless listed out in this schedule.
    2 Tenderers are also required to fill up this schedule in cases where the guaranteed particulars in schedule B3 are deviating
    from the specification requirements. Otherwise compliance with the specification shall be assumed even though the
    guaranteed particulars in Schedule-B3 filled in by tenderer may indicate differently.
    3 Tenderers are required to fill the full clause Text, where they are deviating without deleting the original text (Tender ers
    should use Tracking Method).
    4 Tenderers who submit their conditions/ deviations as their basis of offer shall fill this table with their conditions. Other
    documents will not be considered.
    5 Tenderer should submit the soft copy of this document with their offer.
