1. Community Profile- The process of building an understanding of the people


and describing the detailed image of the target group is known as community
profile. Information regarding the community's variety, history, social and
economic traits, and the social and infrastructure services supplied could all be
included in profiles.

2. Community Needs Assessment- A methodical process for identifying and in


more or gaps in current conditions or desire. It also assesses the strengths and
resources available in the community to meet the needs of children, youth, and
families. SWOT analysis, force field analysis, and focus group discussions are
useful tools for conducting a community needs assessment.

3. Building Partnership- Partnership is synonymous to other terms like


collaboration or group work that are used to describe a wide range of
relationships and structures. Partnership, on the other hand, refers to a group
of organizations that share a common interest and agree to collaborate to
achieve a common goal.

4. Resource Mobilization- is a process in which people recognize the resources


necessary for the growth, execution, and continued existence of works to
achieve the organization ’s goals and objectives. Resource mobilization is
concerned with relationships with resource providers, as well as the abilities,
comprehension, and capacity for proper resource use.

5. Leadership Development and Participatory Planning- Leader exude from
chosen gathering, volunteers, or people known as the center working
gathering. The leaders guarantee that the fundamental assignment,
jobs/obligation, objectives, and targets are achieved.

6. Social Action- it very well may be finished by at least one people in such a way
that his/her activity is planned to impact others and play out the activity to act
or face what is going on. It is a action that needs the participation of the
masses.

7. Evaluation-It is led in the center and toward the finish of the booked
