Misunderstanding with colleagues/superiors I believe in man's goodness and i adhere to the basic
truth that man is born basically good. As to the problem of misunderstanding with colleagues/
superior which is inevitable in an organization composed of thinking individuals such as tge school
force, i will address this by focusing on the issue and not the person. I may have a different opinion
with my colleague but those differences will never stop me respecting that person. I may argue with
his ideas but that never darkens my understanding that i am only against the ideas but never with the
owner of those ideas. I will always focus on a healthy exchange of ideas. I will see to it that i will
keep a listening ear before opening my mouth. And i will be open to new learnings and growth by
veing humble enough to listen and to accept ideas and opinions for the good of the school and more
importantly the students. For the sake of my students, i will build bridges not walls and i believe that i
can do this if i am humble, respectful, patient, understanding and open-minded giving importance to
what matters most which is the welfare of my students
Students who are financially/ emotionally/ intellectually challenged and those who are abused
physically, emotionally, etc. A teacher should always understand that he is a teacher and all. He is a
mother, a friend, an ally, a counselor, a defender, and a hero for his/her students. Incase i have these
students, i will extend everything that i can financially, emotionally, spiritually to be of help to such
student. I believe that our main goal as teachers is not only to teach our subject matter to our students
but most importantly to teach them about life and ultimately to touch our student's lives. How will we
do this? By being a constant reminder to them of God's love and mercy. By showing them that we got
them and they've got a friend and a defender in us. By extending to them our utmost understanding
and making them see that we care for them despite their weaknesses. That little amount of patience
that we extend to our intellectually challenged students, that small amount of money we give to our
financially deprived students, the motherly hug and prayer that we give to those abused students, our
extra effort of seeing the goodness of those unruly students believing that all of them are God's
masterpieces...believe me...they will make a big impact and a big difference in the lives of our
students.
