Positive and Negative impacts of Video Game


Today's modern Era, technology in the field of video games is very advanced. You can play anytime and
anywhere and anytime. With portable console services or through mobile games. Video games are also
played by all people, both children, parents, men or parents. But of course video games have both positive
and negative impacts. Here I will try to explain the positive and negative impacts of video games.
Positive Impact :
1. Think Critically
Video games make a person think faster and be able to understand problems in order to later be able to

to practice it in the real world. They will think more critically and be able to understand the things around
them.
2. Education
Most people think that video games are not educational at all, but not all games are like that. Many video

3. Stress Relief
After an activity full of physical demands and thoughts, video games can be used as a relief of fatigue and

Negative Impact :
1. Violence
By playing games that have elements of violence, especially for children, they will affect their minds, and

2. addictive
A person who plays video games will usually gradually feel addicted. Video games do have addictive

death from playing video games without stopping.
3. Social Isolation
Someone who continues to play video games, usually be indifferent to the surrounding world over time he

4. Stressful
