Dear Student,

Greetings from Cognizant – Digital Nurture Team

With regard to the Digital Nurture 2.0 Qualifier Test that you are eligible for, we would like to share
the Mettl Assessment Guidelines and System Requirements for the Test scheduled on 20th Mar
2022.

You will receive the slot details, assessment link & instructions from Superset in your registered
email address, once it is scheduled on the platform.

This assessment can only be taken on Mettl Secure Browser (MSB). Please CLICK HERE to download
the and install MSB. Before you proceed to take the assessment, please ensure that you have
installed MSB and performed the system compatibility check at least 48 hours prior to the actual
test.

Click on start test to proceed as per the scheduled date and time of your Qualifier test. The time
duration for the test is 90 minutes. You will be monitored via webcam while taking the
assessment. Please make sure that your webcam is connected and functional.

Points to be noted:

1. Do not press F5 or refresh during the exam . It would cause the assessment to auto-submit
2. Hit the "Start Test" link only at time specified for test commencement.
3. You will be able to start the test within 30 mins of the specified test start time.

IMPORTANT POINTS:

• The "CLICK HERE TO START TEST" (assessment) link will only be enabled as per the start date
and time of the Assessment.
• Please use the "Check System Compatibility" link at the top to perform the system
readiness check and any required installation and/or configuration, in advance.
• Assessment has Timed sections. Complete each section within allocated time. You will be
moved to next section automatically when time is up for the current section.
• Please DO NOT move to next section without answering all questions, you will not be able to
come back to the section again.
• Only one attempt is available. Please ensure your laptop battery is fully charged/ desktop is
powered throughout the assessment duration and you have uninterrupted internet
connection. Please install MSB and perform all system checks in advance.
• The Assessment login window will stay open only for 30 minutes after the scheduled start
time. You will be able to login and start the assessments only within these 30 mins of the
scheduled start time.
• You are allowed to resume the assessment ONLY ONCE, within a time frame of 20 mins from
the point of leaving the assessment. Any further attempts at resumption will invalidate the
attempt.
Do's

• Take the assessment on a desktop/laptop equipped with a working webcam (external or


built-in, with latest camera drivers installed) and ensure smooth internet connectivity,
throughout the assessment session.
• Ensure that your laptop battery is fully charged, and desktop/laptop plugged in to power
• Please make sure you test your webcam prior to the assessment, as it will be required
throughout the assessment.
• Ensure that only you are there in the room, where you are taking the assessment.
• You are expected to take the assessment fairly and avoid all malpractice.
• Ensure you are in a quiet area with adequate brightness. Adjust your indoor lighting and
camera angle to make your face clearly visible. Please avoid photos, pictures, curtains,
hanging clothes or decorations in the background
• The camera should be positioned to cover candidate's face and upper body during the
assessment.
• Do read the FAQs, prior to the assessment

Don'ts

• Do not press F5 or refresh during the exam. It would cause the assessment to auto-submit
• Do not try to click 'Print Screen' or try to copy the content while the assessment is in
progress.
• Do not cover the webcam at any point in the assessment and do not move away from
computer/laptop webcam range.
• Do not have anyone else present in the room apart from yourself while taking the
assessment. If any other person is detected during the assessment process, you will face
disqualification.
• Do not use any other electronic device like mobile phones, headsets/earphones, ear pods,
calculators or recording devices during the entire duration of the assessment.

Zero Tolerance for Malpractice:

• The assessment platform is configured with robust artificial intelligence mechanisms to track
malpractice. Any candidate found to be using unfair means will be disqualified from the
recruitment process, without notice.
• Cognizant has a zero-tolerance policy for malpractice, and a disqualification may be issued at
any stage of the process, as and when malpractice is detected and is solely at the discretion
of the Cognizant team.
