the company approved procedure, and maintain daily reports.
 Having a good experience in defect identification & classify the type of defect to evaluate as per
the codes and standards. Like ASME SEC- Vlll for pressure vessels and boilers, ASME B31.3 for
power piping, API1104 for pipe line facilities AWS D1.1 for the structural.
 Thickness survey on the piping and storage tanks and make isometric drawing for pipe lines on plant and
drilling rigs.
 Using dual probe for corrosion analysis on various chemical, crude oil sour, and process gas piping on
plant.
 Perform Magnetic Particle Testing and Liquid Penetrant Testing methods like visible &
fluorescent test on Machined components, Pressure Part’s and Structural Parts, heavy lifting
parts in oil drilling rigs.
 Interpretation and Evaluation of Magnetic particle testing & penetrant testing methods like visible
&
 fluorescent test as per ASME Sec VIII, Div.1, ASME Sec. IX, ASME Sec.B31.3, and AWS D1.1.
 Visual Inspection of Welds (Pipe / Plates)
 Carried out Penetrant Inspection on weld joints, Butt Weld, Fillet Weld equipment’s Component etc.,
in different Material by using Solvent Removable.
 Maintain QC documents for third party inspection and report preparation
