    Dear Ms. Eng,

    I represent LiFEBoat Services. The purpose of this letter is to address your ongoing
    campaign against Executive Director Osarch Orak, and by extension, LiFEBoat Services.
    LiFEBoat Services recognizes that in all organizations, including its own, there are always areas
    for improvement and growth. To that end, LiFEBoat Services appreciates and encourages
    constructive feedback.

    However, and unfortunately, your recent comments and submissions to outside


    organizations regarding Mr. Orak, and LiFEBoat Services generally, go far beyond constructive
    criticism, and arguably rises to the level of defamation against both Mr. Orak and my client. Mr.
    Orak and LiFEBoat Services adamantly deny your continued accusations of sexual and physical
    harassment against both staff and members of the organization and insists that you immediately
    stop spreading false information in your attempts to discredit the program.

    Further, you must cease divulging privileged and confidential information regarding
    Beacon Clubhouse members. While that request on its own simply reflects the decent thing to
    do, divulging privileged information breaches the confidentiality agreement that you signed
    when you became a member, and impacts members of what I am sure you would agree are a
    vulnerable segment of the population.

    LiFEBoat recognizes your passion and dedication to this community. However, your
    recent actions and false accusations inhibit rather than support the common goal. Please cease
    immediately.
